Belgium
In Belgium, the Belgian Parliamentary Commission on Cults submitted a report to the Belgian Parliament in 1997. The report differentiated in its conclusions between three types of "sectes":
- the sect in strict sense (la secte strictu sensu). a group distinguished by a particular belief which is a normal expression of religious freedom
- harmful sectarian organizations (Les organisations sectaires nuisibles) defined as a group with real or pretended philosophic or religious vocation which in its organisation or its practices includes harmful illegal activities, harms individuals or society or interferes with human dignity.
- criminal associations (Les associations de malfaiteurs) defined as criminal organisations (frauds, money launderers, drug traffickers, pedophile rings, etc.) using a cult-like or pseudo-religious front to disguise their criminal practices. 2(pg. 99-101)
The report included a list of 189 organizations which had come up during the investigation, including the Amish Mission in Belgium, Buddhism, several Catholic groups such as Opus Dei, some Evangelical Christian denominations, Hasidic Judaism, Quakers, and Satanists, but stated clearly immediately before the listing:
- "This listing does not constitute a specific position or a judgment by the commission. The fact that a movement is listed here, even if at the instigation of an official instance, does not signify that the commission regards it as a sect, let alone as dangerous. (Cette énumération ne constitue donc ni une prise de position, ni un jugement de valeur de la part de la commission. Ainsi, le fait pour un mouvement d'y figurer, même si c'est à l'initiative d'une instance officielle, ne signifie pas que pour la commission, il soit une secte, et a fortiori qu'il soit dangereux.) 2(pg. 227)
But more important, most of the commission’s report, including the above mentioned list (tableau synoptique), was rejected by the Belgian Parliament in the plenary session on May 7, 1997. Out of the 670-pages-report, the Belgian Parliament approved only the section “conclusions and recommendations” (pages 209-226).3
The Quakers complained to Deputy Prime Ministers about their inclusion on the list, pointed out their humanitarian aid programs, and requested to see the evidence against them which had been presented the federal police in a closed session to the Parliamentary Commission. They were unsuccessful in their appeal.[citation needed]
As a consequence of the advice of the commission to the parliament, a law was accepted to observe
cults that possibly break the law. This resulted in the foundation of a centre on
June 2,
1998 for the information and advice
on harmful cults, located in
Brussels.

We sincerely appreciate the assistance received on this matter.
A question - in which I ask of what I perceive to be a potential collaboration, connivance, and coherence (of sorts) between some disparate elements. I refer directly to the "troublesome words" of Ratzinger both in reference to Muslims, stirring up both fanatical Muslims - and Catholics. .
Fanaticism, as you have shown, is not of God, nor does it truly lead to Him. It can adversely affect any of us, if we are not diligent. It can occur, or be encouraged for malefic intent by those who serve intelligent evil. In consideration of the ingredients of the words of BXVI, "radical" Islam. Fatima Secret Scam, and the manipulation of Prophecy: could there be a link in all of these things?
The oft repeated "prophecy" (actually a strange mix of several) is that of a "pope dying a death in exile", coupled with the purported words of the "third secret" in a vision of a "pope fleeing a city in ruins". When one considers what has just happened, and the reaction of the Muslim "extremist" community, might BXVI be getting (or manufacturing) what could be a self fulfilling prophecy? And self induced.
This stirs the pot in favor of the OWO folks, potentially acting as a triggering mechanism for a whole slew of concurrent events. The finger flicking a domino, carefully calculated to trip over 100 others. Indeed we may be closer to Step 17 then some may think!
Am I even "close" on my conjectures?
A. In your text you refer to several of our documents which we will list below for the benefit of the Elect. As incredible as it may appear - your conjectures. As we have said, the entire situation is like a chess game played in three spatial dimensions plus one more - time. Only with the Spirit of God as a "decoder" the reality can be discerned. Most readers of the Word of God pay little attention to the depth of Jesus' statement: through Matthew 24:
Read: That is a gage for the magnitude of the great deception.

My purpose in writing is out of concern for your safety. I will be brief, and hope that what I have to share will not be perceived as "tale bearing". My
concern is for your welfare and my own - yet recognizing that all is in the hands of God.
A person who has corresponded with you and myself has become a matter of concern. She has shared complete private e-mails which she alleges have come from you, and divulged alleged personal past history information about yourself. I did not need to know these things and do NOT wish to know these things. I respect you as one with whom God has communicated - and who is trying to point men TO God, and to truth of these times.
What concerns me is that this person - a woman from the US - is in her words a "researcher" who relentlessly digs for information on anybody and everybody who becomes known in the Catholic world. For the purpose of "digging up dirt".
A. Thank you so very much for your genuine concern and trust.
Those who need to know what my civil name is and my entire life - know it in detail - starting with the CIA and FBI, Thanks Be to God! The same goes for the highest Vatican circles.
As a matter of policy, I do not share personal information with essentially anyone for the same reason I have not since I left the world at God's Command: What we say must stand on "its own two feet". As we said above - all who need to know - do.
Which brings us to the point of this acknowledgment - whatever information said individual has shared with you, then, must be totally fabricated. Of course we have detractors - my life has even been attempted against several times - but we do not wish to have fabrications that may falsely implicate other individuals be them cooperators or members of my family - physical or spiritual.
As our readers know, one of our key functions is "to warn" so that harm - spiritual and/or physical - can be avoided or greatly minimized. We do this at a global level as well as at the individual level. For those who make a point of attacking us, we:
2. Give them Gamaliel's very wise advice: Acts of the Apostles 5: 38 And now, therefore, I say to you, refrain from these men, and let them alone; for if this council or this work be of men, it will come to nought; 39 But if it be of God, you cannot overthrow it, lest perhaps you be found even to fight against God.
3. Give them additional sound and very earthly counsel from the same Source: Matthew 5: 25 Be at agreement with thy adversary betimes, whilst thou art in the way with him: lest perhaps the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
May God continue to Bless and Keep you safe as you continue to advance on your journey so that one day you hear the sweet words "Welcome Home"!
A. Thank you so very much for a most timely reminder! Quoting from the article for the benefit of our reader:
The rest of that money would be poured into Hayutman's second idea for jump-starting the end-times: a virtual temple within a massively multiplayer online role-playing game. The goal is for thousands of people to join in its construction on the Web. Hayutman even wants to display progress reports in the floating hologram as a kind of apocalyptic scoreboard."

The mailing read as follows:
As incredible as it appears - this man, José Luis de Jesús Miranda - is passing himself as Jesus Christ in His Second Coming. He invokes all "the right" Scriptural verses to justify himself and his lifestyle. The problem is that they "have conveniently forgotten" the key Biblical passage:
The M+G+R Foundation
http://www.mgr.org
Some of the points which we were trying to make with today's mailing were:
1. If someone, so obviously counter- Jesus Christ, has garnered such an enormous following:
(b) Understand how much prayer is needed to protect and illuminate the completely unEvangelized Christians who think that they are "Saved"; and specifically Roman Catholics, who think that just because they are Roman Catholics they are a "shoe in" for Heaven.
2. The Scriptures that we cited - Acts of the Apostles 1: 9-11 - are a key to assist the Faithful to easily eliminate the obvious frauds. What such Angelic message means is: That when Jesus Christ returns, He will do so just like He left. When He left, He ....was raised up: and a cloud received him out of their sight. Now, upon His return, reverse that: He will come down from Heaven and be visible to all. The Angels were just not "flapping their gums" or "shooting the breeze" - they were giving humanity a tremendously important point of reference for His return.
3. Because of item No. 2 (above), those who are behind the manifestation of the False Christ have been working feverishly in developing a scheme to circumvent that seemingly impossible feat, and, guess what? - they are "getting there" by using the same technique we announced when we initially started writing in 1991 - 1992 : Highly advanced holograms.
4. Determine the time that it would take them to spin the Acts of the Apostles 1: 9-11 so that it would also justify this gentleman's fantasy.
If we have to go into such detailed explanations for those who are already familiar with us, about something that seems quite obvious, every time we publish something - then is indeed best to minimize publications to the absolute bare minimum and give our regular readers more time to pray and seek the Illumination of the Holy Spirit of God.
If we have offended someone - we regret it, but what has been said stands!
My question is: while we strive to be as close to Christ (i.e. perfect) as is humanly possible, is it not appropriate that we look upon others (say, such as St. Don Bosco) as signposts to our ultimate goal?
The purpose is not to be that person's clone, as circumstances and/or God-given abilities differ for each person, but rather to remind ourselves what is possible when we put our faith in God. I do this from time to time: aside from asking myself what Jesus would want me to do, I also look upon others for inspiration. Is this wrong?
IC
A. Once again, thank you for a golden opportunity. The problem lies in the fact that humans have an ingrained tendency to idolatry - be it images, icons, saints or just spiritual directors (*). Only when a human is quite advanced in his/her spiritual development he/she will be essentially "idolatry proof". Therefore, given that natural tendency is best to avoid it as much as possible until we have risen enough in our spiritual development.
m de P is surrounded by pictures, images, icons of the Most Holy Trinity, Jesus, Mary, the Great Archangels and a few selected Saints - even in the kitchen! Yet, none of them mean anything other than just a reminder of the awesome reality (which is not the image, the icon, etc. being looked upon) of each one. He could (and has, because of his frequent relocation) just replace them all with different looking representations of the same individuals and feels just as content. Thus - no idolatry. No "magic" image; no "special" icon; no statue "full of grace". His "treasure is in Heaven" - the physical objects are mere reminders.
The same with the saints. We keep bringing up John Bosco as an example of how applying the teachings of Jesus - even in the Italian hell of the 19th Century - Jesus prevailed. Nonetheless, miguel feels that there were a number of things that John Bosco did which were not correct. As a matter of fact, God reassured him that it was not miguel's arrogance because, as he was reading one of Bosco's original biographies, Bosco himself reported having been sternly reprimanded by God by precisely about one of the issues miguel found more out of line in Bosco's methods.
Now, if miguel had fallen into "Bosco idolatry" as the Escrivites practice with Escrivá, miguel would believe that everything Bosco did had to be right because "he was who he was and accomplished what he accomplished"; thus, running the very real risk of trying to imitate something that was so wrong that God had to issue a reprimand.
Because of this human tendency, the practice of Roman Catholicism, by many (most?), is nothing more than blatant idolatry. Even though the Catholic teachings are crystal clear against idolatry - its practice is tacitly approved by default. Why is this the case? The answer may be found in Chapter 13 of the Acts of the Apostles:
26 And you see and hear, that this Paul by persuasion hath drawn away a great multitude, not only of Ephesus, but almost of all Asia, saying: They are not gods which are made by hands. 27 So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought, but also the temple of great Diana shall be reputed for nothing; yea, and her majesty shall begin to be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshippeth. 28 Having heard these things, they were full of anger, and cried out, saying: Great is Diana of the Ephesians. 29 And the whole city was filled with confusion; and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul's companions, they rushed with one accord into the theatre. 30 And when Paul would have entered in unto the people, the disciples suffered him not.
Money, money and money! Just as St. Francis allegedly pointed out to Pope Innocent III.___________________________________________
(*) In 1994 a well heeled lady in Spain sought miguel de Portugal for a meeting. (She only had seen him and heard of him by reference; yet she did not know he was "miguel de Portugal" nor his function, etc.) Days after the meeting she looked up miguel and gave him a booklet about angels and dedicated as such (which we are now translating into English): "To Miguel : The "visible" Angel that God wanted to place at my side. Guard me, reign and rule over me. Affectionately, xyz"
Needless to say, miguel was terribly disturbed and wrote back, quoting the Holy Scriptures, that such personal submission was not right and would not be accepted. Guidance and direction - SUBJECTED to the Holy Spirit of God, yes; unqualified submission - absolutely not!
I am doing a report on the glorious work that many of our brave brothers and sisters are doing in their missionary work over in Africa.
Truly I believe that the way to stop the spread of Aids is through accepting the glory and power of our lord Jesus Christ, and understanding the power of prayer.
But is using condoms sinful?
JL
A. Thank you for the opportunity. The problem the world is facing now is the "picking up the pieces of a failed Evangelization effort". When it comes to moral codes, we are "to the right of the Vatican". We do not even believe in those "just wars" they approved to further their political interests. God said: "Thou shalt not kill" and He gave no exceptions whatsoever.
The situation with the use of condoms, abortion, euthanasia, etc. is not resolved with passing laws to substitute the working of the "leaven" [Matthew 13: 33] in the soul - that is - the conversion to Christ. They failed the Evangelization task and now they want to force the world - in an instant - to get back where they should have been if the Evangelization had been done as Jesus intended it to be.
Any kind of birth control leads to turning the act of procreation into an act of recreation, however, we must now allow the educated use of condoms to prevent the spread of AIDS, while at the same time institute the proper Evangelization which will, eventually, lead to a responsible utilization of the gift of sex. As we have explained: It is one step at a time, which, with His yoke will be the easiest of journeys.
When the Shepherds pass and enforce moral laws, what they are proclaiming is that they do not have any faith whatsoever. Did not Jesus say: 13 Because I go to the Father: and whatsoever you shall ask the Father in my name, that will I do: that the Father may be glorified in the Son. [John 14]
Once they copulated with Emperor Constantine, the death of the Evangelization commenced.
We recommend that you review the postings below (from August 17th through August 31st) since they, in essence, cover the same problem from different angles. If you have any further questions, do not hesistate to contact us again.
Can it be that Our Lord really intends addressing personally each one who gets/reads them, as if He assumes that the reader reaches the spiritual heights to respond adequately? Can I really take it for granted He's talking to ME (and others, of course) personally? Isn't there a serious sin of Presumption?
I know He's merciful and all that, but in these messages, he seems to be taking for granted such a LEVEL of holiness that I feel like a hypocrite even reading them. If He was a mere human being I'd tell Him to wise up -(I'm NOT being flippant)- but then He's omniscient, so He must know better than me what/who He's dealing with.
(Some days later) I've kept that above letter since whatever day I wrote it because it seemed so silly and embarrassing I couldn't bring myself to send it. I suppose I meant later to find a more dignified way to present what I'm trying to say. But this Rope Test has brought things to a head.
It's the bit about feeling ready for such a test that's so off-putting and frightening. Ready for such a test as that? I'm plain scared to open it in case I get such a stern warning that it'll be awful. Dear God Almighty, who could DARE feel ready for such a test?!
But I'm dying to know what's in it, all the same and He did say in one of the early messages that, even though he is God, we shouldn't forget He wants us to approach Him as man too.
Let it be clearly understood, then, in Heaven, earth (& wherever else it might matter!) that when I presume to open it, it will be out of sheer curiosity, and on the clear understanding that I fully acknowledge, the utter crazy impertinence of me presenting myself as in any way worthy to do so - to 'pass' this test.
I need no test to know how 'worthy' I am NOT. A TEST on Our Lord's own terms? Dear God Almighty, who could dare feel ready for that?! His forgiveness humbles me, for I don't know where I would have strayed away from Him only that He guided my steps.
Well, what else is there to say? I might wait until tomorrow, but I'll open it.
Thanks for listening - and feel free to delete it without bothering to reply.
RMcA
A. You say: "...feel free to delete it without bothering to reply". You must be insane!
Your letter is Music to Heaven and, to us, a relief from the onslaught of idiocy, arrogance and sheer stupidity of those who think of themselves as "Holy", those who claim to be, or have been named, "Leading Scholars" and of those who pretend to be "Shepherds" of the Faithful as they march them to Gehenna. Thank you dear lady, for the relief - albeit temporary - that you have given us today.
Now... to the issues that you raise.... Let us start where we should always start.... The Holy Scriptures.
In John 5 we read: 14 Afterwards, Jesus findeth him in the temple, and saith to him: Behold thou art made whole: sin no more, lest some worse thing happen to thee.
In John 8 we read: 11 Who said: No man, Lord. And Jesus said: Neither will I condemn thee. Go, and now sin no more.
However - He gives us those instructions as "Goals"; goals that we must strive to achieve with our whole heart and with His help. We illustrated this with the true message of the Prodigal Son.
Any test given by God helps us to gage where we are in reference to the Goal that we are struggling to achieve with His help. If there were no tests in school - would you know how much you have learned and how much more you still need to learn? Of course not!
You see, dear sister in Christ, the problem has been that for 1600 years the motive to achieve those Heavenly set Goals have been destructive guilt and fear - the two key instruments of satan - not of God! What should move us to unceasingly strive to work toward becoming "perfect" and to "sin no more" is sheer love for God. When a human loves another human, doesn't he/she tries to please the object of his/her love by doing, saying, cooking, talking, etc., etc. whatever pleases her/him more? Where do you think we acquired such "tendency"? From the Creator Himself Who created us in His Image!
What did Jesus indicate were the most important Commandments? We read in Luke 10:
Whomever - we do not care what position they may occupy in the world - Evangelizes through guilt and fear as the motive force is from hell - without a doubt or a question - even if He is occupies the Chair of Peter. The motive force that God uses to draw His children to Him is Love - and only Love!
The only "guilt" that we should allow, as we have discussed in a past document and in the description of our functions, is "salutary guilt". We suggest that your review what we have written in His Name about it.
You state: "Can it be that Our Lord really intends addressing personally each one who gets/reads them, as if He assumes that the reader reaches the spiritual heights to respond adequately?"
Do each individual has a custom written Bible to read from; or, every message delivered by Mary reads different for each individual? Of course not! The illumination of the Holy Spirit of God will bring out in the message found in the Scriptural reading or a Marian message the information that better matches the spiritual level that each individual occupies at the time.
In John 14 we read:
We need to be on the same road and heading toward the same direction; however, the speed of travel is set ONLY by God.
Now, go and take that Test!
We pray that we have answered the above laid out concerns in full, for you an many others; however, if we have failed, write again. We are not infallible as some claim - not even Peter the Apostle was!
