Explanatory NOTES Regarding Steps Nos. 1 and 2
Step No. 2 took place first in a symbolic manner (2)(3), as a special Grace from God, on September 11, 2001. We deem it a Grace because it was:
God, through Mary in Fátima, gave the Roman Catholic Church Administrators (4) the means to avert the bloodshed awaiting humanity in the 20th Century. Mary knew (5) that Her pleas would fall on deaf ears as it had on the past. Nevertheless, the Mercy of God wanted to, through Her, give humanity an opportunity to respond to His call before its full meaning is manifested .
Step No. 2 took place first in a symbolic manner (2)(3), as a special Grace from God, on September 11, 2001. We deem it a Grace because it was:
(a) To give humanity an opportunity to respond to His call before its full meaning is
manifested ; and
(b) In order that subsequent prophecies may start being fulfilled before the socio-political devastation caused by a nuclear holocaust is experienced - thus, shortening the time of intense suffering mankind is to experience before the End of These Times.

NOTE regarding the numbering of Steps 1 and 2
The numbering of Steps 1 and 2 has been permuted to reflect the cause-consequence relationship (due to the failure to consecrate Russia in time). What previously was Step 1 is now Step 2, and vice versa. Other documents in our domain that mention "Step 1" do so according to the old numbering and therefore actually refer to what is now Step 2 ("... a global confrontation of devastating magnitude").

The Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, requested by the
Blessed Virgin Mary in Fátima, was finally performed by John Paul
II, in union with the Bishops who were in communion with him. It was accepted by Heaven
(1), but it was too late to prevent Russian from spreading its
errors. [Joel 1:13-14, 2:16-17]

As the consequence of the delayed Consecration...
Step No. 2
Russia had almost a century to spread its errors. As a result of this, a nuclear attack will be
initiated by or against the United States of America and other nations of the Western World. China
will play a major role. This will lead to a worldwide, brutal but brief conflagration of
devastating magnitude. [Luke 21:9-10, Joel 1:5-7, 10-12, 19-20, Revelations
18:2-20]
Step No. 3
A ten year delay was granted which fulfilled the "Period of Peace" promised through the Fatima
messages. This was as the result of the Consecration made by John Paul II in 1984 and the
cooperation of President Clinton (1) with Heaven's plans. A period of
relative world peace which saw the Soviet Empire temporarily crumble. [Joel
2:18-27]
This Period of Peace officially ended (2) when the European Union was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize of 2012 as we announced. The enduring Period of Real Peace will only commence after Step No. 17.

Step No. 4 [The period of the Anti-Christ (not the False Christ!) was made manifest on April 2005]
The Black Beast, best exemplified by certain Masonic philosophies, was given by God, free reign to
act on earth. No further authentic apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary. She has now "gone away"
as prescribed in the Scriptures. Public Eucharist will no longer be possible in many parts of the
world. [Joel 1:9,13; Daniel 9:25-27; Revelations 12:6, 13:1-2, 5-7]

These steps - which were associated with the Warning, the Evangelization, the Miracle, and the Sign - have been canceled or symbolically fulfilled as you may read below.
Please be advised that: The Warning (1), Miracle (2) and Sign announced at the time of the Garabandal phenomena (3) at San Sebastián de Garabandal, Spain, between 1961 and 1965 will not come to pass.
This renders Steps Nos. 5 through 8 either symbolically fulfilled or simply canceled as the result of the lack of response by those who should have responded to the Garabandal events.
The world is heading, without further ado, directly into the Chastisement (4), which was announced in Garabandal and Akita (5), and which we have independently confirmed several times since 1992.
This announcement should in no way - directly or indirectly - cast a doubt on the events of Garabandal which, without a doubt, were real and from Heaven. However, we all must remember that the Garabandal phenomena was not concluded when Mary revealed those dates, which were obviously conditional, and depended on how those who were entrusted with the Evangelization of His children acted (6).
For those to whom God made a special promise associated with the Miracle, we say: Don't despair! God will keep His Word; maybe not in the manner that you were expecting, but He will.
These steps - which were associated with the Warning, the Evangelization, the Miracle, and the Sign - have been canceled or symbolically fulfilled as you may read below.

Now, without further delay or mitigation, comes the final steps leading to the climax of the Chastisement and the End of These Times [Steps 9-17 may be fulfilled in a very short period; Steps 9-14 appear to be summed up in Luke 17:26-36 ]:
Step No. 9
Before entering into Step No. 10 the world has to be fully prepared for it. Most countries of the world have been brought up to their "boiling point", as we have announced since 1993, but the level of desperation has not reached a point where most world citizens will embrace the False Christ.
For the world to reach such state, either: (a) Step No. 2 has to be manifested in full; or (b) We must have a natural global catastrophe such as an astronomic disaster, a devastating epidemic (greater than the one which ended World War I), a complete collapse of the world economy, or a similar destructive or disorienting event which will have the world population begging for "a savior".
Step No. 10 [The period of the False Christ starts at this point]

The darkening of the Sun, the Moon, etc. will now take place. The Heavens will be in an upheaval.

Step No. 14
Please be advised: The angels told the group of disciples watching Jesus ascend that He would return in the same way (the same manner). Make no mistake, the true Christ will return by descending from Heaven amidst unimaginable glory. Unfortunately, technological advances have make possible to falsify such scenario before the true one takes place. Therefore, unless one has the Holy Spirit of God in his/her heart serving as a Divine GPS, the fatal mistake will be made.

Final Notes
(a) We understand how confusing events may appear to many. That is the way it was intended
to be by God to assist in the separation between the wheat and the chaff. He does not cause the
confusion; He allows it.
(b) A chilling example and warning as to how He allows confusion may be found in
1 Kings 22:1-38.
(c) Only by remaining in intimate communion with the Holy Spirit we will be able to discern
the truth as we approach the return of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
(d) When Step No. 2 is concretely manifested, we will endeavor to activate a
Post-Nuclear Sub-Site with additional
information and explanations, should it be possible.
