One of my primary sources for information about vitamins and nutrition is Earl Mindell's New and Revised Vitamin Bible (1)
Mindell, a pharmacist by trade, has researched vitamins and nutrition for over 40 years. His book, now in many subsequent editions and reprints, is very well researched, including a bibliography of conventional medical sources. And in its forward, cites the collaboration of such scientific/medical professionals as Linus Pauling (2). (along with quite a few others).
Yet Earl Mindell (3), like Dr. Eisenstein, has been assailed by critics as a 'pill pusher' - for suggesting that people control their diet and metabolism via both food and nutritional supplements. Even if Mindell is not perfect, one can see the hand of Big Pharma in this (4).
In reference to Vitamin D3...... In the above referred to book by Mindell, he confirms the beneficial and preventative effects of it, as cited now by Eisenstein. Based upon professional opinions and medical research sources going back to the 60s. This is also corroborated in a few other vitamin/nutrition books by other authors, including one by doctors from the UK.
The copy of Mindell's book which I hold in my hand is copyrighted in1985
It does not matter what is dredged up on Eisenstein (or Mindell.....) as what they are citing is corroborated by many other legitimate and conventional medical sources/studies, going back for decades!

(4) In reference to the disputed SOD and Mindell - I have personally taken it on and off for over 20 years. And I do not look my age. It is made by a number of vitamin manufacturers. All I know for myself and some others who took it - it seemed to help deter or reverse free-radical damage.

I am finding a number of connections between the ultra secret Opus Dei (1) and National Organization for Marriage (2) (NOM).
Tax records show donations from Opus Dei connected organizations to Robby George's James Madison Program and even to Gallagher's Institute for Marriage and Public Policy.
Indeed, NOM's space in Princeton was previously occupied by an Opus Dei front organization, the Witherspoon Institute. Its president (Luis E. Tellez) is on NOM's Board of Directors. Another Opus Dei affiliated organization, the Higher Education Initiatives Foundation headed by Luis Tellez occupied the space before Witherspoon.
Tellez is also a Director of the Association for Cultural Interchange (ACI), a New York tax-exempt with assets of over $70 million. Another Opus Dei front organization, the Social Trends Institute, is a conduit for ACI in funding an anti-marriage equality initiative that is operated out of the University of Virginia. The recipient at UVa is a member of Robby George's James Madison program.

We received a link from a new and very active and effective member of The M+G+R Foundation family - (Mrs.) RM.
The link was received on July 29 and sadly enough, as the result of the conditions we must function due to many factors - lack of effective assistance being one of them - it was not until today - August 23rd that we had an opportunity to view this very important, fully backed up, informational video on: Depopulation goal: December 31, 2009
We entreat you to run - not walk - and watch this 6 + minute video clip. Maybe because there is a face on it, those who are still skeptical of what we have been unceasingly announcing since 1991, will now believe.
May God be Praised for the assistance that we receive to fulfill the mission entrusted to miguel de Portugal which, even as limited as it is, through His Grace, is somehow multiplied for the benefit of mankind.

I thought you might be interested in the e-mail that was sent en-masse to employees of a USA hospital association [HCA - Hospital Corporation of America]. We received the e-mail yesterday and I am copying you on a portion of it.
....Providing for our patients’ safety is one of the most
important things each of us focuses on every day. In any year the approach of the seasonal
flu is a concern, but this year we also have the potential impact of the Novel H1N1 (swine flu)
virus. Therefore, we will be taking additional steps to ensure we do everything we can to
protect our patients, our families and our co-workers this
fall.
As always, we will provide a free flu vaccination for every employee. Facilities are encouraged to offer vaccinations to people living in the same household as employees. A modest charge to cover cost may be applied at the discretion of local management. Please note that research clearly shows that the vaccination of an employee’s household contacts reduces the time lost by the employee.
The Novel H1N1 vaccine will not be available until later in the year. But once available, it will be provided in the same manner, with an initial focus on employees with direct patient contact.
Because it is so important that care givers do everything possible to prevent the spread of flu, this year we will expect every employee who could infect a patient or who could be infected to be vaccinated for both seasonal flu and when available, the Novel H1N1 virus. Any who decline seasonal flu vaccination will be required to wear a surgical mask for their entire shift beginning October 1. We currently anticipate this requirement ending on March 31, but the flu season is different every year, and the Novel H1N1 virus introduces some uncertainty in the timing.
We are confident the vast majority of employees will take advantage of the free vaccines, and masks provide at least some level of protection among the few who do not. All employees will be required to sign a consent or declination form indicating their choice so we can track and monitor compliance. We realize egg allergies or religious convictions are legitimate reasons for declination and therefore, masks will be required to accommodate these reasons.....

You may remember the classic Twilight Zone episode: "To Serve Man' (1). It dealt with an alien invasion, which seemed to be of a friendly nature. A govt. cryptographer was given the task of breaking the code/language of a book the Kanamits left in a room. After much work, all which could be deciphered was the title: "To Serve Man'. Which they (erroneously) presumed as an indicator of the friendly intent of the aliens.
We have a similar issue with the name of the entity Opus Dei. They will tell you that it means 'the work of God'. In the US, their primary legal title is: "The Work of God, Inc.".
But this is a problem in Latin, as it would appear to be two nouns; not a noun & a verb. In the legal title, exact meaning is even fuzzier, depending on how you read it. There is nothing qualifying anything. Yet, Opus Dei would have you believe as if the 'opus' is OF God, or belonging to Him. The real issue is the true meaning of the word 'Opus' (2), ......not syntax itself.

In architecture, it specifically describes a technique or a method or a style of connecting building elements...... thus, by extension, it is a Construct (3), which is defined as:

'construction').

As a verb, a construct can include:
1. To draw (a geometric figure) by following precise
specifications and using geometric tools and techniques.
Now putting the pieces together, we can define 'Opus Dei' as:
"the project of constructing a model of 'God' via a precise
plan, using

The phrase defines them as the enterprise of constructing/confecting the False Christ. This reference (*) is both to the Ecclesiastical Masonry concept (4), and to the technology involved in the manifestation of a faked Second Coming.
As to their term 'Obra', the Spanish term which they claim refers to their 'work':

As the Kanamits said: "we only ask that you trust us"...... ."there is no ulterior motive".......

I have been a visitor of your site since early 2000 but this is the first time that I wrote to you. I am not sure how I found your site, but I sincerely believed that I was led to it by the grace of God because it is like a "light-house" for me (it points me to where I should go) especially the Divine encouragement. Every time I read it (I try to read it everyday), it seems that God is directly talking to me, giving me the answer I was looking for that day..... anyway, I am writing you now just to let you know that you need to keep publishing the Swine Flu Alert (and other Alert that needs to be publish) even if the volume of traffic is low because I believe when the "time" comes, people would be looking for this site.... once the critical mass is achieved. This may not be a very convincing argument but I do believe that you need to keep it for as long as it is physically possible for you to do so.

When you sent this (1) I kept thinking: "Its not only the Guantanamo detainees who have reason for concern." I felt many of our citizens here in the states should be also, but I couldn't tie it together in words.
Today, I found the following link (2) which seems to go hand in hand with yours and explains much about the others among us who should be concerned.
The National Guard is hiring "internment specialists" for "civilian resettlement facility"!
Who would be housed there?? Conservatives and those who are against abortion, same sex marriage, returning veterans, etc. have all been listed by Homeland Security as "terrorism threats"!!
Add to them those who would not want a swine flu vaccine and the list adds up.....
I try not to be frightened, but it's so sobering.

45 LESSONS OF LIFE

To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most-requested column I've ever written. My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone...
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents
will. Stay in touch.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.
9. Save for retirement starting with your first pay cheque.
10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.
13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.
15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry; God never blinks.
16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.

39. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.
40. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we'd grab ours back.

45. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift.

The first paperwork item I am handling today is making an "Advance Health Care Directive", naming those who can decide on my behalf if I cannot, and stating my wishes on end-of-life care.
I went over this form with my confessor, and we agreed that neither "standard" option expressed Christian teachings or my own beliefs.
So, I am writing my own statement, which is a cross-breed of the two standard statements; please comment or advise if possible. (1)

Part 1: In case of terminal illness or irreversible unconsciousness:
If: (a) I am suffering from a terminal condition from which death is expected in a matter of
months (or less), or (b) if I am suffering from irreversible unconsciousness, and life-support
treatments are needed to keep me alive, then:
I request that all treatments (especially: invasive, burdensome, or extraordinary treatments) other than those needed to keep me comfortable be discontinued or withheld, and my physician(s) allow me to die as gently as possible. My care givers should make all efforts to secure the rites and sacraments of the Catholic Church for me before my death.

Dear Miguel and The M+G+R Foundation,
Something to share with your readers. This isn't just an “exercise”, due to the 'WHO LEVEL 6 PANDEMIC STATUS' being in force, they now have the literal power under US Law to enforce what they claim 'is an exercise'.
The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, the NATIONAL SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/NSPD 51 and HOMELAND SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/HSPD-20 (1)
2. Under the National Emergency Act, the President "may seize property, organize and control the means of production, seize commodities, assign military forces abroad, institute martial law, seize and control all transportation and communication, regulate the operation of private enterprise, restrict travel, and, in a variety of ways, control the lives of United States citizens."
12. Any physician or other health care provider who refuses to perform medical examination or vaccinations as directed shall be liable for delicensure and the inability to continue to practice in the State.
Article V Section 504(b). The Act gives the public health authority the right to isolate or quarantine a person on an ex parte court order, with no hearing for at least 72 hours. If the public health authority decides that an unvaccinated person is a risk to others, even if uninfected, he could be quarantined, per Article V Section 503(e).
: "Neither the State, its political subdivisions, nor, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Governor, the public health authority, or any other State official referenced in this Act, is liable for the death of or any injury to persons, or damage to property, as a result of complying with or attempting to comply with this Act or any rule or regulations promulgated pursuant to this Act," per Article VIII Section 804.
23. The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive, signed on May 9, 2007 declares that in the event of a “catastrophic event”;
"The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government."
(1) this directive establishes a comprehensive national policy on the continuity of Federal Government structures and operations and a single National Continuity Coordinator responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of Federal continuity policies. This policy establishes "National Essential Functions," prescribes continuity requirements for all executive departments and agencies, and provides guidance for State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector organizations in order to ensure a comprehensive and integrated national continuity program that will enhance the credibility of our national security posture and enable a more rapid and effective response to and recovery from a national emergency.
24.(b) "Catastrophic Emergency" means any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions.“
27. The WHO and UN will become the controlling agencies in the US in the event of a declared pandemic level 6.
54. The WHO Pandemic Six level declaration entitles President Obama to impose martial law and deploy FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security "Pandemic Task Forces". Each State Governor will be notified that the provisions of the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA) will be implemented. This means that all Americans must consent to mass vaccinations, or be guilty of a felony crime. The legal situation is that anyone who refuses the vaccine, and/or resists forced relocation to a prepared "quarantine compound", can "legally" be shot and killed because police are allowed to use "deadly force“ against felony suspects.
Ten things you're not supposed to know about the swine flu vaccine (At least, not by anyone in authority...)
#1 - The vaccine production was "rushed" and the vaccine has never been tested on humans. Do you
like to play guinea pig for Big Pharma? If so, line up for your swine flu vaccine this fall...
#2 - Swine flu vaccines contain dangerous adjuvants that cause an inflammatory response in the body. This is why they are suspected of causing autism and other neurological disorders.
#3 - The swine flu vaccine could actually increase your risk of death from swine flu by altering (or suppressing) your immune system response. There is zero evidence that even seasonal flu shots offer any meaningful protection for people who take the jabs. Vaccines are the snake oil of modern medicine.
#4 - Doctors still don't know why the 1976 swine flu vaccines paralyzed so many people. And that means they really have no clue whether the upcoming vaccine might cause the same devastating side effects. (And they're not testing it, either...)
#5 - Even if the swine flu vaccine kills you, the drug companies aren't responsible. The U.S. government has granted drug companies complete immunity against vaccine product liability. Thanks to that blanket immunity, drug companies have no incentive to make safe vaccines, because they only get paid based on quantity, not safety (zero liability).
#6 - No swine flu vaccine works as well as vitamin D to protect you from influenza. That's an inconvenient scientific fact that the U.S. government, the FDA and Big Pharma hope the people never realize.
#7 - Even if the swine flu vaccine actually works, mathematically speaking if everyone else around you gets the vaccine, you don't need one! (Because it can't spread through the population you hang with.) So even if you believe in the vaccine, all you need to do is encourage your friends to go get vaccinated...
#8 - Drug companies are making billions of dollars from the production of swine flu vaccines. That money comes out of your pocket -- even if you don't get the jab -- because it's all paid by the taxpayers.
#9 - When people start dying in larger numbers from the swine flu, rest assured that many of them will be the very people who got the swine flu vaccine. Doctors will explain this away with their typical Big Pharma logic: "The number saved is far greater than the number lost." Of course, the number "saved" is entirely fictional... imaginary... and exists only in their own warped heads.
#10 - The swine flu vaccine centers that will crop up all over the world in the coming months aren't completely useless: They will provide an easy way to identify large groups of really stupid people.

(Because it can't spread through the population you hang with.) So even if you believe in the vaccine, all you need to do is encourage your friends to go get vaccinated...
#8 - Drug companies are making billions of dollars from the production of swine flu vaccines. That money comes out of your pocket -- even if you don't get the jab -- because it's all paid by the taxpayers.
#9 - When people start dying in larger numbers from the swine flu, rest assured that many of them will be the very people who got the swine flu vaccine. Doctors will explain this away with their typical Big Pharma logic: "The number saved is far greater than the number lost." Of course, the number "saved" is entirely fictional... imaginary... and exists only in their own warped heads.
#10 - The swine flu vaccine centers that will crop up all over the world in the coming months aren't completely useless: They will provide an easy way to identify large groups of really stupid people.
