INTRODUCTION and BACKGROUND

This is the fourth document that we have been moved to issue regarding the intoxication of the Garabandal events. Our initial document (1) was triggered by the insistence from the Workers of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Inc. that Mary had "clearly stated" that there would not be a third world war. In the second document (2) we covered a number of errors and contradictions found in the many publications about the Garabandal events The number of Popes after John XXIII was also addressed at length in yet another document. (3)

In this document we are again covering the issue dealing with the number of Popes after John XXIII because we have come across a recent (June 2008) official statements (4a) from the now late (4b) Joey Lomangino, through The Workers of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, regarding the Papal sequence , thus, we must raise the proverbial "red flag" again about the continued intoxication of the Garabandal events.

In the above mentioned statement made by the late Joey Lomangino, dated June 2008, we read, as of April 28, 2009:

What is the status of "Prophecy of the Three Popes"? (question posed in the FQA)

You are watching it unfold. The prophecy called for an "end of the era" after the death of John Paul II. Already noticeable changes have occurred in our country, the world, and the Church since April 2005. We believe these changes will continue and mark the Papacy of Benedict XVI as a turning point in the history of the Church which distinguishes it from the era of Paul VI, John Paul I and John Paul II.

There is a danger in speculating on prophecy. Some had tried to stretch the text of the prophecy to include the Miracle before the "end of the era" and were mistaken. As a result we ask all promoters of Garabandal to temper their speculation and focus their efforts on promoting the Message in the time that remains to us.

The above could not be further from the truth if we are to believe the early reports on the events of Garabandal. "Early" being defined as the time when those who are intent on abusing privileged information (5) had not realized yet that they had to intoxicate the original information to confuse the already disoriented Faithful.

According to "Garabandal - el pueblo habla" of Ramon Perez [1977] p. 129 (translation from Spanish by The M+G+R Foundation).

"During the ecstasies they heard her (Conchita) say to the vision: «Mercedes (Salisachs) says that St. Malachy's has prophesied about the Popes and there are only two more to come...» After the ecstasies Conchita related to us the Virgin's response: «...after the current one (John XXIII) there will be three more; then, there will be no more....»

The M+G+R Foundation Comments: Obviously Ms. Salisachs was misinformed since according to the the current St. Malachy's list, there would be four and not two. Regardless - the mistake served the purpose of having the Virgin answer categorically that there "....will be three more; then, there will be no more..."]

Now, according to the same book - English Version: "Garabandal - The Village Speaks" by Ramon Perez, 3rd Edition 1998 pp. 58-61

Fr. Lucio Rodrigo, S.J., professor of moral theology at the Pontifical University of Comillas (Santander) reports this episode:

"...It was during the early part of June 1963, the bells of Garabandal started to ring. Conhita, who was at home in the kitchen with her mother Aniceta, immediately exclaimed: 'The bells are tolling for the dead! It must be for the Pope (John XXIII, 1958 - 1963). Now only three remain.'"

Aniceta answered,

"What nonsense are you talking about?"

"It is not nonsense. The Virgin told me, 'After this Pope, there will be only three more.'"

"Then what? Will it be the end of the world?"

"The Virgin did not say, 'the end of the world,' but 'the end of time'"

From another exchange (on p 60)

Maximina replied, "Certainly, another pope will come, but as far as the continuation of the Council is concerned, the new pope could declare it terminated."

(Conchita responded)

"I am telling you again that another pope will come and that the Council will continue.... and what's more, there are only three more popes."

"Well", I (Mrs. Paquina de la Roza Velarde) answered her, "You say that according to the prophecies of St. Malachy, which we find everywhere, but who knows?"

"What prophecy of St. Malachy? I (Conchita) do not know anything about that prophecy. The Virgin told me, after this pope who had just died, there would be only three more before the end of time."

"Do you mean to say that the end of the world is coming?"

"The Virgin did not say the end of the world, but the end of time."

"What's the difference?"

"I do not know." (Conchita is thus transmitting a message of which she does not know the meaning.)

On page 61 we also read:

On November 1, 1966, Conchita, while talking with Mother Maria des Nieves, superior of the boarding house in Burgos where the visionary was living, told her the following:

"One day I said to the Virgin, 'At the time of these future events (Warning, Miracle and Chastisement), will that be the end of the world?'" And She answered me: "No, the end of time."

Conchita also told Mother Maria des Nieves:

"After Paul VI, there will be two more popes; then will come the end of time."

The M+G+R Foundation Comments: When we read "the end of time" it should be understood as "the beginning of the End of These Times period", at the end of which Jesus will return, as promised, to establish His Kingdom (6). If the concept "the end of time" completely eluded Conchita's intellect. We could not expect her to realize its true meaning.

In many other instances and through many other witnesses, Conchita has reinforced the concept of only three popes after John XXIII. The spinning of this reality to legitimize the AntiChrist - Benedict XVI - is short of demonic. We do not care who the source of the spin is. There is no doubt that Mr. Lomangino was the key instrument in spreading the knowledge about Garabandal throughout the world, but we must also remember that greater ministries have succumbed to the forces of evil - the Opus Dei - EWTN and the Blue Army of Fatima.

CONCLUSION

As the reader may see, the consequences that such mixture of incoherent information would have on an already disoriented faithful can be many and grave.

This is why we continue to repeat that: Without the guidance of the Holy Spirit of God - on permanent residence in the heart of the faithful - the faithful would be lost.

We do not care if he/she is a cradle Catholic or, as many people say as a qualifier of sanctity, "...his sister is a nun." or "...his uncle is a priest". Either your spiritual GPS (Global Positioner System) is the Holy Spirit of God or you are going to be in for a hellish ride through the End of These Times even if you are destined for Heaven.

Remember - Pain is the Megaphone that God uses for the deaf and blind faction, amongst His Elect, to hear and see. If one is destined for Heaven, he/she will make it, however, the condition he/she will be in by the time he/she gets to the proverbial "Pearly Gates" depends on how well and how quickly he/she "saw" and "heard". In the inky darkness the world is submerged now, to be able to "see" and "hear" can be equated to when a pilot approaches an airport for landing with zero visibility - he does it with instruments.

Our "instrument" is the Holy Spirit of God.

At this point we wish to restate what miguel de Portugal has publicly stated some time ago:

If Conchita González and the other remaining Garabandal visionaries publicly announced that they fabricated the communications they relayed to the world originally, I would say that it was now, not then, when they were lying.

Some of the disoriented faithful may not know miguel's face but it behooves them to be able to understand what he is conveying to all before is too late.

As for miguel de Portugal.... he now makes St. Paul's words his own:

I declare to you today that I am innocent of the blood of any of you. For I have not hesitated to proclaim to you the whole will of God. Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. [Acts 20:26-28]

That was before She delivered the last message (4c) on June 18, 1965, indicating that the world was heading directly to the chastisement.

Important NOTE Added on August 19th and Expanded on September 30th, 2010

Please be advised that: The Warning, Miracle and Sign announced at the time of the Garabandal phenomena (1) at San Sebastián de Garabandal, Spain, between 1961 and 1965 will not come to pass.

The world is heading, without further ado, directly into the Chastisement, which was announced in Garabandal and Akita (2), and which we have independently confirmed several times since 1992.

Originally we did not intend to explain the theology regarding this notification any further, however, on September 30th, 2010, God allowed us to explain the reasoning behind this matter (3).

We encourage each and every one of you to act upon this information as it were the proverbial "Gospel Truth" - you have nothing to lose by heeding this advise, but much to lose if it is ignored.

This announcement should in no way - directly or indirectly - cast a doubt on the events of Garabandal which, without a doubt, were real and from Heaven. However, we all must remember that the Garabandal phenomena was not concluded when Mary revealed those dates, which were obviously conditional, and depended on how those who were entrusted with the Evangelization of His children acted (4).

We suggest that the guidelines on "What to do?" that we published long ago (5) be taken out from the "Hope (it doesn't happen) Chest" and followed, now.

With the above said - miguel de Portugal now makes St. Paul's words his own:
