Mikhail Gorbachev Complains Again About the Delay in

The Establishment of a New World Order - The Globalization

Document Originally Issued in 2008

Published Again During the Attempts to Impeach President Trump

INTRODUCTION

Those who wish to set up One Universal Government - a Globalized World - come, in general, from several groups (1). One, very well intentioned, another driven to it out of almost desperation, a third one moved by the auto-theism syndrome and the others moved by a combination of these three main intentions. For all we pray: "Father, forgive them for they really do not know what they do."

BACKGROUND

Back in 1993 we published a document explaining the steps being taken to establish a New World Order (2).  It should be noted that miguel de Portugal had no prior knowledge about such a plan. He was quite amazed as he, later on, started hearing about it through different world forums - like through President Bush, father, in his State of the Union speech in 1991 (3).

Later on Gorbachev went on Portuguese television and miguel saw and heard him live stating what his plans really were and that his "..time had not yet come." (4) Still no one caught on. Then, in February 2001 - exactly TEN years since the above mentioned State of the Union Speech by the then President Bush - in an interview with Crisis Magazine, Gorbachev verbally chastised (5) President Clinton for having delayed its implementation by ten years (that was exactly why God kept Clinton in the White House - Monica or no Monica, impeachment or no impeachment).

DETAILS

It seems that - just as we have mentioned several times - President Bush, son, really believed that he was smart and that he was guided by God, therefore, the plans that were going to be implemented using him as a mindless puppet (6) went overboard - George W. Bush was determined to save the world, single handed!

Following we reproduce the key sections of Mikhail Gorbachev's new complaint according to the UK Telegraph News:

Gorbachev: US could start new Cold War

By A B and M S in Paris Last updated: 9:21 AM BST 07/05/2008

Mikhail Gorbachev has accused the United States of mounting an imperialist conspiracy against Russia that could push the world into a new Cold War.

With Dmitry Medvedev due to be inaugurated today as Russian president, the Soviet Union's last leader said that the White House's claims of peaceful intentions towards its former superpower rival could no longer be trusted.

Delivering one of his most scathing attacks on the US, Mr. Gorbachev told The Daily Telegraph that a US military build-up was under way to contain a resurgent Russia.

From NATO's expansion plans in the former Soviet Union to Washington's proposals for a bigger defence budget and a missile shield in central Europe, the US was deliberately quashing hopes for permanent peace with Russia, Mr. Gorbachev said.

"We had 10 years after the Cold War to build a new world order and yet we squandered them," he said.

"The United States cannot tolerate anyone acting independently.

"Every US president has to have a war."

The 1990 Nobel Peace Prize winner's denunciation of the US mirrors the most belligerently anti-Western speeches of Vladimir Putin – who is said to consult Mr. Gorbachev on foreign policy matters.

.....

Mr. Gorbachev hinted that the former KGB spy could still direct Russia's foreign policy, leaving President Medvedev – seen by some as more liberal than his mentor – to concentrate on internal matters.

....

"The problem is not with Russia," he (Mr. Gorbachev) said, speaking at a friend's château outside Paris.

"Russia does not have enemies and Putin is not going to start a war against the United States or any other country for that matter.

"Yet we see the United States approving a military budget and the defence secretary pledging to strengthen conventional forces because of the possibility of a war with China or Russia.

"I sometimes have a feeling that the United States is going to wage war against the entire world."

Last year, Robert Gates, the US defence secretary, told a congressional committee that America needed to boost military spending to counter myriad threats including the "uncertain paths of China and Russia".

....

Mr. Gorbachev, however, claimed the plans (a US proposal to build a missile defence shield in Poland and the Czech Republic) were an aggressive act against Russia.

"Erecting elements of missile defence is... a very dangerous step."

Relations have further deteriorated after Nato promised eventual membership to Georgia and Ukraine, a move interpreted by Mr. Gorbachev as an attempt to extend America's sphere of influence into Russia's backyard.

"The Americans promised that Nato wouldn't move beyond the boundaries of Germany after the Cold War but now half of central and eastern Europe are members, so what happened to their promises? It shows they cannot be trusted.."

For a man hailed as one of the heroes of the 20th century, Mr. Gorbachev, now 77, often sounded like the ageing hardliners he struggled against in the Kremlin during the 1980s.

He railed against a "military-industrial complex"
that he insisted was the "real government" of the US.....

.....

"I do not think that
glasnost is dead in Russia," he said.

"There is a phenomenon in the West to criticise Putin's domestic record. But in Russia he has mass support. His popularity ratings are 70 to 80 percent.

"Is this not democracy?"

CONCLUSIONS

As we have also said several times - the US military and economic might present a real problem to those who are trying to establish their version of the New World Order - a Globalized World. We illustrated years back (8) that the "Saviors" of the world were already having "family problems".

As it could be easily confirmed, the economic and military might of the US was much weaker in the year 2008 than it was when Gorbachev started complaining (5). Not by chance, friends, not by chance. The key string puller of Mr. Bush - Mr. Cheney - unbeknown to him - had his own string puller.

The "Master String Puller" cannot wait any longer and the final blow - to get the US out of the way - is on its way. Read on...

EPILOGUE

At the end of the May 8, 2008,  blog (9) by Mr. Greenwald, an antiwar/pro-civil-liberties commentator and author, titled "Neocons and the truth - bitter enemies to the end", there is this (the bold/red type is our emphasis):

UPDATE: It isn't just the American neocons, but also the Israelis, who are escalating the "Attack Iran" campaign. The Jerusalem Post yesterday "reported" that "with Iran racing forward with its nuclear program, Israel now believes the Islamic Republic will master centrifuge technology and be able to begin enriching uranium on a military scale this year" (h/t quick strategy) and:

The new assessment moves up Israel's forecasts on Teheran's nuclear program by almost a full year -- from 2009 to the end of 2008. According to the new timeline, Iran could have a nuclear weapon by the middle of next year.

According to several commenters, the Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. was on Fox News this morning making the same fear-mongering claim.

The principal tactic Israel-centric neocons have repeatedly used with Bush to induce him to attack Iran has been to tell him that history will judge him based on whether he permits Iran to obtain a nuclear weapon. From The Weekly Standard's Irwin Stelzer, writing about a 2007 White House luncheon with Bush, historian Andrew Roberts, and a group of neocons:

The closing note was a more serious one. Roberts said that history would judge the president on whether he had prevented the nuclearization of the Middle East. If Iran gets the bomb, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and other countries will follow. "That is why I am so pleased to be sitting here rather than in your chair, Mr. President." There was no response, other than a serious frown and a nod.

Norman Podhoretz, when telling the President to bomb Iran, used the same tactic:

"I urged Bush to take action against the Iranian nuclear facilities and explained why I thought there was no alternative," said Podhoretz, 77, in an interview with The Sunday Times. . . .

He also told Bush: "You have the awesome responsibility to prevent another holocaust. You're the only one with the guts to do it." . . . .

"The president has said several times that he will be in the historical dock if he allows Iran to get the bomb. He believes that if we wait for threats to fully materialise, we'll have waited too long -- something I agree with 100%,' Podhoretz said.

And now, magically up pops these new reports from Israel warning that the deadline to stop Iran's nuclear bomb is the end of the year -- right before George Bush leaves office. Bush has less than eight months left to fulfill his history-mandated mission "to prevent another holocaust" by attacking Iran, or else "be in the historical dock if he allows Iran to get the bomb." They're as transparent as they are dishonest and bloodthirsty.

The stage for the final part of Act 1 has been set.

EPILOGUE

Let us continue to pray to minimize the suffering which the leaders of the First World Nations will, unknowingly, inflict upon humanity for there is no way out of it - no matter how much it is being denied.
