The Establishment of a New World Order
INTRODUCTION
As the Master Plan for the establishment of the New World Order has progressed, we have added NOTES to our document originally issued, as a letter, in 1993 identifying, in broad strokes, key developments of said plan. This compendium of NOTES has now become a document unto itself. The NOTES are listed in chronological order.
Given the compression of the time period in question, Mercifully granted by God, most of the best laid plans for the One World Order and the One World Religion will go to waste. Why do we know that for a fact? Because Jesus said:
....unless those days had been shortened, no flesh should be saved: but for the sake of the
elect those days shall be shortened. [Matthew 24:22]
Through the following NOTES, the reader will better understand the futility of such actions by world leaders bent on establishing a worldwide dictatorship under the guise of a New World (International) Order.
The NOTES
NOTE Added on January 26, 2002
As we honor Timothy and Titus today we wish to highlight St. Paul's warning for our times. It could not better describe the world of today as it marches towards the attempted implementation of the One Universal Government - Man's Plan to Save Humanity.
In 2 Timothy 3: 1-9 we read:
Tragically, St. Paul's words apply to "the world" as well as to those who, from the inside of the Church, are using it to further their personal salvific plans.
Kyrie Eleison!

indeed of godliness but denying the power thereof. Now these avoid. 6 For of these sort are they
who creep into houses and lead captive silly women laden with sins, who are led away with divers
desires: 7 Ever learning and never attaining to the knowledge of the truth. 8 Now as a Jannes and
Mambres resisted Moses, so these also resist the truth, men corrupted in mind, reprobate
concerning the faith. 9 But they shall proceed no farther: for their folly shall be manifest to

Today, Reuters and AP report through Yahoo! News that British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said Thursday that Iraq was not, "so far", in material breach of a U.N.... however.... "But our absolute clear preference is that if in that sad eventuality we believe that military action is the only way of enforcing the international order, then that should be done by a second Security Council resolution," Straw said.
Providence had it that Mr. Straw, the Foreign Minister of Great Britain, the greatest supporter the Bush Administration has, utilized the code words international order.
Is the international order he is referring to the dream of President Bush, the father, which President Bush, the son, is being manipulated to implement, "...come hell or high water.."?
When one government imposes upon others its will by financial and military coercion, as well as by paid-for media propaganda, the New World Order or the New International Order concept is made manifest.
That is the international order which we speak about in this document and about which we warn anyone who will listen.
But why are we so intent on this issue? Why do we insist in warning people of what is to come, if indeed it is to come? After all, we do not sell books, pamphlets, survival supplies, etc.
Then, why do we do it?
The answer is simple and, once again we repeat it:

We are seeking that the faithful realize that there is no other hope but to
pray much more than they do now. Only through prayers of reparation
and for the conversion of sinners can we mitigate the severity of what will take place in this
world.
We keep hearing calls to pray for peace, even from the Vatican. However, just like Peter trying to prevent the crucifixion of Our Lord Jesus Christ [Mark 8: 31-33], such action is futile. We will only achieve peace after the Resurrection of the Mystical Body of Christ which will take place as part of the purification which the Church and civilization must go through.
In other words, were we speaking at the time prior the crucifixion of Our Lord, we would not pray to prevent the conclusion of His Redemptive work, we would pray so that His suffering during His Passion be minimized, yet, achieve the result the desired by God, the Father): The opportunity given to mankind for its redemption through the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Our Lord.
Is this so hard to understand?

If anyone had any doubts about the veracity of what we have published on a number of documents in this Domain, we pray to God that they take a new and hard look at what we have said already so that they come to the realization that whatever else miguel de Portugal has proclaimed, in the Name of God, will also come to pass - denial notwithstanding.
It is a disgrace that someone sitting on the Chair of Peter and claiming infallibility trades the teachings of Jesus Christ, Whom he claims to represent, for a "new international order to solve its conflicts and ensure peace".
Only the wise and Merciful application of the Teachings of Jesus Christ will achieve Justice, and then Peace, in this world.
If the Roman Catholic Church had not spent the better part of 2,000 years amassing temporal power and riches, the Teaching of Our Master, the Lord Jesus Christ, would have taken hold and the world would not be in the condition it is today.

It has become clear that the establishment of a New World Order is no longer spoken about in hushed tones amongst the political and religious leaders of the world. As a matter of fact, the issue has become an open race amongst the three key groups who believe, consciously or subconsciously, to have been anointed by God to Save the World.
On February 14, 2004, one of the most respected Portuguese weekly news publications - EXPRESSO - had a banner announced: "Guterres In China Without Tabus".
Mr. Guterres is a former Prime Minister of Portugal who was hounded out of office by the Portuguese, Opus Dei laden, extreme right. It so happens that Mr. Guterres is a very well-respected leader in the European Union and a key leader of the International Socialist Party of Europe. The "China" referred to in the banner is the People's Republic of China.
Following is the translation of said news item.
The objective - short and long range - seem clear enough. To assist in identifying other components of the full plan, we refer the readers to the direct mention that we have made to the People's Republic of China in three of our documents: Step No. 1 of the Sequence of Events..., The bombing of the PRC Embassy in Belgrade... and our letter to President Bush before the occupation of Iraq. Of course, all of the above is only for "those who have ears to hear and eyes to see" since the rest will remain comfortably in the State of Denial until their denial comes crashing upon them with its related suffering.

Guterres told to the EXPRESSO that "the main objective of the visit is to establish a structured dialog between the Socialist International Party and the Chinese Communist Party." Being this a common objective of both groups, it is also recognized that there are "very important differences" between them. For example: " a democratic system and human rights". However, he is certain that the "diverging and converging points" will be approached (tackled) "without taboos".
The visit is part of the program of the Intentional Socialist Party to: Create contacts points on a worldwide scale (US, Brazil) from which to establish the foundation of a "New World Order" by the regulation of global markets and the reform of the model currently utilized in engaging in international relations.

The Warning (1), Miracle (2) and Sign announced at the time of the Garabandal phenomena (3) at San Sebastián de Garabandal, Spain, between 1961 and 1965 will not come to pass as announced.
The world is heading, without further ado, directly into the Chastisement, which was announced in Garabandal and Akita (4), and which we have independently confirmed several times since 1992.
We do not intend to explain, justify, or theologize regarding this notification any further at this time. We do, however, encourage each and every one of you to act upon it as if it were the proverbial "Gospel Truth" - you have nothing to lose by heeding this advice, but much to lose if it is ignored.
This announcement should in no way - directly or indirectly - cast a doubt on the events of Garabandal which, without a doubt, were real and from Heaven. However, we all must remember that the Garabandal phenomena was not concluded when Mary revealed those dates, which were obviously conditional, and depended upon how those who were entrusted with the Evangelization of His children acted (5).
We suggest that the guidelines on "What to do?" that we published long ago (6) be taken out from the "Hope (it doesn't happen) Chest" and followed, now.
For those to whom God made a special promise associated with the Miracle, we say: Don't despair! God will keep His Word; maybe not in the manner that you were expecting, but He will.
