Marian Apparitions and The Roman Catholic Church

Obviously The Response Was Not Appropriate

BACKGROUND

If a Heavenly Manifestation was declared 'Worthy of Belief' by The Holy Roman Catholic Church, and enjoys its endorsement through word and action, why was it not obeyed?

God has tried to help us, through Heavenly Manifestations, by showing us many avenues through which we can make reparation for our many sins, thus establishing the channels to rekindle our faith and loyalty to Him. Tragically, the Heavenly Manifestations were turned into Profit Centers and powerful means to manipulate the faithful who, lacking apt shepherds, continued to drift away from the real Living God and into almost annihilation.

As a last resort God placed H. H. John Paul II in the Chair of Peter to expose and right the wrongs committed in the Name of God throughout the centuries by the Controlling Hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church.

Definitions of Terms Used

Controlling Members of the Church:

Those who, by behind-the-scenes manipulation, interfere with the guidance imparted to the Church by the Holy Spirit through its legitimate authority. Many times the Popes themselves have been the victims of such manipulations.

Worthy of Belief:

A Supernatural Occurrence, such as an Apparition and its key message, which by the positive or inferred action of the Church, is deemed theologically sound and spiritually healthy for the faithful at large. Usually said action by the Church promotes the Supernatural Occurrence among the faithful. Examples: La Salette, Lourdes, Fatima, etc.

What Took Place? Why Was It Not Done?

To determine what has taken place, what was not done on time and assign responsibility, we shall review the Chronology of the much debated Apparitions of Our Lady of the Rosary at Fatima in Portugal [1917].

The 'Fatima Establishment', that is, those who have apparent direct control over the Sanctuary at Fatima, publicly reported the following Chronology (1) of events. [Please Note: This chronology is backed up by publications which carry the Imprimatur of the then Bishop of Leiria-Fatima - D. Alberto Cosme Almaral.]

Chronology (1)

July 13, 1917:

The Virgin Mary informed Lucia (the main visionary) that She would come in the future to ask for the fulfillment of two specific requests. Thus giving advance notification of a future request [Devotion to Her Immaculate Heart and the Consecration of Russia.] The visionaries were informed in 1917 that the fulfillment of these requests were key requirements for world peace and stability.

December 10, 1925:

God tells Lucia to make public the request for the specific devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, given to her on July 13, 1917. [See above] [Please Note: God had given the controlling hierarchy of the Church eight years to discuss the Apparitions and future requests.]

February 15, 1926:

God in an apparition reminds Lucia of, and insists on obedience to, His requests.

June 13, 1929:

The Virgin Mary appeared again to Lucia to inform her that the time had come to Consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart. [Please Note: God had given the controlling hierarchy of the Church twelve years to discuss the Apparitions and future requests before actually making the requests.]

Later (after June 13, 1929 but much before March of 1938):

The Virgin Mary informs Lucia that: The requests were not fulfilled on time and that the consequence will be dire.

March 1938:

Austria merges into Hitler Nazi machinery. Technically World War II has commenced.

September 13, 1939:

Finally, almost fourteen years later [10-Dec-1925 to 13-Sep-1939], the responsible local Roman Catholic authority, the Bishop of Leiria-Fatima, made public one of the requests: Acts of Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Commentaries on Chronology

(a) Over eight years after the last Apparition (1925), Lucia is instructed to publicize and promote the special devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. It was not done.

(b) Almost twelve years after the last Apparition in Fatima (1929), Our Lady of the Rosary reappears to announce that "The moment has come... to make the consecration of Russia...". It is not done within the time frame requested.

(c) The time frame allowed by Heaven for the fulfillment of the previously announced and subsequently requested consecration, lapses. Church authorities are once again notified of this. It is too late now.

(d) With the merging of Austria with Nazi Germany in 1938, the conditional prophecy of Our Lady that a "worse one (than World War I) will break out during the Pontificate of Pius XI" begins to be fulfilled.

By this time, March 1938, neither request had been fulfilled, yet, the clear requests from Heaven to act were received almost twelve and eight years before and the prophesied consequences are painfully becoming manifest.

Responsibilities and Consequence

An objective analysis of the situation at hand seem to indicate that the Supernatural Occurrences of Fatima were a reality: The death of over one hundred million people serve as a mute and macabre testament to this fact.

Therefore, the Controlling Hierarchy of the Church during the first half of this century, is directly responsible for World War II and events thereafter. The Controlling Hierarchy of the Church is also directly responsible for its cover-up during the second half of this century . This has resulted in a combined total of more than 100 million deaths and untold suffering. This total includes the deaths resulting from the spread of errors by Russia, worldwide, as we had been forewarned.

What miguel de Portugal (2) recommends is to:

Do Justice:

Those in positions of authority within the Roman Catholic Church are encouraged to publicly admit that, by inaction, some elements within the Church were, and continue to be, accessories to most of the misery unleashed upon humanity in the last two thirds of the 20th Century; and

Seek Mercy:

The hierarchy of the Church - world wide - must immediately launch Acts of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary; perpetual Adoration and Reparation to the Eucharistic Presence of Our Lord Jesus Christ at all levels and an Evangelization program that should sweep the world as it was originally intended by Our Lord. The severity of the events which are rapidly unfolding may be still tempered by our prayers and acts of reparation. Let us appeal to the Mercy of God.

In closing, the reader should consider...

What if the above assessment is incorrect and the whole Fatima issue is not true, as some members of the Hierarchy and Clergy ascertain, and as the lack of timely response by the Church would indicate?

Then the Controlling Hierarchy of the Church would instead be guilty of allowing the manipulation of millions upon millions of the faithful of the world and deceitfully extracting hundreds of millions of dollars through the Sanctuaries to Our Lady of Fatima throughout the world as well as the Sanctuaries associated with the Apparitions of in La Salette and Lourdes.

What would be the public reaction if this alternative case were to be confirmed?

The howling mobs would then sack the Churches and pillage and plunder the properties so highly treasured by the Controlling Hierarchy of the Church. God has allowed such actions many times over the History of Mankind - as we should learn from the narratives found in the Book of Genesis through today.
