confidential except in the case of abusive correspondence which will then be referred to the
appropriate responsible entities.

It is a logical impossibility that
ANYONE could predict the date of the Return of Christ. What are you thoughts on this matter?

In Mark 13 we read:

First of all we must realize that, when Jesus Christ returns, it will be simultaneously for
everyone in the planet. In which case - It will occur at 24 different hours spanning two different
dates. Thus, there is not one fixed day and
time. Nonetheless, those who need to know "close enough" will know
just as Noah did - he knew exactly when he and
his family needed to move into the ark.
As to "... neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son..", this could raise - and has in the past - a question about the Divinity of Jesus. As we have pointed out in our documents Biblical Literalism - Part I and Biblical Literalism - Part II, we must spiritually understand what we read. When Jesus spoke thus He was in the flesh - and just like any man [except in sin] in Time, thus He would not know; thus, this lack of knowledge had nothing to do with His Divine Status.
But what about "... neither the angels in heaven..." someone may ask? The way we see this is that the angels - when working with man in the Time frame like, for example, Raphael [in the Book of Tobias] or one's Guardian Angel - may not know it for the same reason that Jesus did not nor we do.
What is really important is that we, like Noah, be spiritually sensitive to the times and prepare for it; i.e. building our Arc and inviting to it those around us by helping them see the signs and, above all, by the example we give with our lives.

Q.
I am troubled by the number of
ordinary people who are totally oblivious to what is happening. I am very concerned about
these people amending their lives, and besides praying and doing what I can to lead a better life
as an example, I am not sure what else to do.
Logically, this means THAT MOST PEOPLE ARE LOST. However, it would seem that God would not
want this, and I wonder if at the moment of death, these people see the light and are saved.
If not for this kind of miracle, it would seem that only a tiny fraction of humanity will be
saved. That would be sad.
I somehow cannot believe that God would allow this. I have no right to judge what God wants,
but at this late date, if we continue on our current trajectory, most people will not find
God.

A. As we have written before (1)
In the Book of Revelations, which may be found in the New Testament, there is mention of a certain Book of Life wherein the names of all who are to go to Heaven appear.
Why does this "Book of Life" exist? Because in "Eternity" all has reached its completion. If a soul is "going to be" in Heaven, even if that soul is in a body and physiologically alive on the Earth (in "Time"), that soul with its glorified body is simultaneously in Heaven in "Eternity". Naturally, its name appears in the Book of Life. Think of the Book of Life as a Heavenly Directory.
Therefore, when that soul is born into "Time" [that is, in this world], that soul is already
marked to go to Heaven. The question is: "How hard or how easy will that soul's journey through
this world be?" Believe it or not, that will entirely depend on the manner in which we exercise
our free will.
Therefore all we can do is help souls as they journey through Time to minimize the suffering that they may endure in said journey. We have also covered this in another document. (2)
How the above ties in with the warning given to us by Jesus in Matthew 24:
22 And unless those days had been shortened, no flesh should be saved: but for the sake of the
elect those days shall be shortened.
...is as follows:
Take a spring fed lake, for example, and invoking the theory of Mass Balance we can postulate: Water In less Water Out = Water Accumulated
That is, if more water comes in than goes out, the level of the lake rises. Conversely, if more water leaves the lake than it is fed from the spring, its level will diminish.
As the world sinks into darkness the snares facing the souls become greater and more sophisticated and the number of souls who were born and "earmarked" for Heaven must make it through Time without falling into snares which will redirect their destination to Hell. Therefore, applying the above principe:
Soul "earmarked" for Heaven
plus Spiritual
Protection less
Effect of Darkness will only make it to Heaven
if the Spiritual
Protection it enjoys effectively neutralizes the Effect
of Darkness. That is: Spiritual
Protection less
Effect of Darkness = 0
As the Faith diminishes and charity becomes cold as the result of the Effect of Darkness [Matthew 24: 12 And because iniquity hath abounded, the charity of many shall grow cold.], the Spiritual Protection diminishes below the point where the Effect of Darkness is greater and the equation is no longer equal to "0" but it goes negative; i.e. Destination must then be Hell.
Therefore, just as Jesus spoke in parables so that "...lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them." [Matthew 13:15] He cannot allow the "equation" to go "negative" and souls that are earmarked for Heaven will then be lost. Thus "..for the sake of the elect those days shall be shortened."
Therefore, as the beginning of the final plunge - Step No. 1 (3) - is delayed, without delaying the End Point, "....those days shall be shortened."
What can you, do besides "doing what I can to lead a better life as an example", is pray even more for the objectives that we have clearly stated in yet another document (4) and share what we have published in these pages (5) with all you can. Through the Grace of God, all the instructions needed to sail through the End of These Times may be found in the pages of The M+G+R Foundation.
Once again we want to Praise the Infinite Wisdom of God and the perfect coherence of His Word for there is "nothing new under the sun". All is in the Holy Word of God - all we do is explain it to levels seldom reached in history.

Yes, you are right but remember that what we see in the news is not always what is taking place
behind the scenes. I did not see any immediate change in the News after the first time a
delay was granted and which, incidentally, happened in 1997 - about six months short of ten years
from now. [Note: The delay granted this time is by no means of the length of the first one
- that much I know.]
It will be interesting to see how the defusing starts.

take my comments in the right way, as I've been generally very supportive of you for about six
years now.
To this person and others like him, you are essentially a cult leader, and run the risk of letting them “deify” you in the way you justly criticize the deification of Church Hierarchy. It never starts with a bishop demanding to be called “excellency”, it starts with others using those flattering terms, and the bishop acceding to that as a standard of respect for himself.
I don't think this was your intent, but that is unmistakably where this is leading. I have been in a similar situation some years ago, and on the internet, it is very easy for people to develop an excessive attachment to a person. I lost my following when I told the group what it did not want to hear, but I'm confident what I did was right. How about a gentle rebuke to that person who wrote most recently, to the effect that his affections should be towards the Lord, not to yourself?

A. We thank you for the opportunity to address this issue since perhaps others, less vocal than you, feel the same way.
First of all, if we were to publish the "fan mail", as you call it, that we receive, we would not be able to do anything else. When mail of that nature is published it is because we [and "we" exactly means - God speaking through miguel de Portugal] wish to publicly make a point or instruct the Faithful.
miguel's response to the January 10th letter was, in essence, a public renewal of his vows to God. Vows made when he walked away from the world in 1991 - a world which most humans do not even know that exist in terms of peace, joy and social and professional success. A step that can only be taken by the Grace and through the Power of God. That is - miguel cannot even take any credit for such response.
Regarding your subtle hint that miguel encourages self adulation and deification, we will reprint below a section of a very private letter written on December 18, 2006, to a supporter who has shown true commitment to God and the work He has called miguel to discharge. Your words have caused that we now make it public. To wit:
....I realize that, for Prophecy to be fulfilled, we may have to go
public... and that, I truly dread.
Why? Because, although you fully understand that the way it
really is: Thank Miguel for his "yes" and give him encouragement and assistance BUT ONLY praise
God, humans do not act that way. Even before m de P reached his full development to
discharge his function at the End of These Times, there have been some experiences that truly
petrified me.
For example - while illuminating a young lady I knew in Spain (she worked at a phone place where I used to go to call from - she was really of the world but a good person), I must have been completely filled with the Spirit of God as I was speaking... she was mesmerized as I was proclaiming His truths and His Goodness... all of a sudden she almost screamed: "You are God!" .. I simply froze and fell silent.
Of course, she was addressing what was coming through me BUT I cannot endure even hearing such a thing. I will never forget it for the horrendous impact it had on me. The words - my name, really - which resonate in my mind all the time: "Who is like unto God!" with the corollary that we have added "How dare anyone presume to be like God!"
There was another occasion with an affluent Spanish lady who, with her family, was assisting me. She dedicated a book about angels to me with statements like "throwing herself at my feet" or "prostrated at my feet". We had to gently explain to her that such talk was not acceptable - it almost ended in a automobile tragedy - suicide due to a perceived "divine rejection".
Another time she was seeking me and she went through all the Churches of two towns in Portugal where she thought I was until she found me. I was horrified.
At another time - a benefactor who had realized my identity said: "Act you part!" Notice - it was not Do the work you are supposed to do. since he knew well that I was doing it. It was "Act your part!" What is there to act? Is this a Play? I am whom He made me, I am not an actor. I am to serve Him proclaiming His coming not to put on a show for anyone! What we speak must stand on "its own two legs" and not on what good an actor I may be! God forbid!
Visions similar to what we read in Acts of the Apostles 14: 7-17 positively petrify me - I am "allergic" to such behavior . Precisely because the shoes I occupy, I am fully aware of the immense Majesty and Greatness of God and the absolute misery of even the most exalted of His servants - whomever he or she may be.
Without going on further and bore you to tears - Now you see the terrible internal struggle that has been going within me since the time I could no longer deny the shoes God called me to fill. You have no idea how comfortable I feel just acting and identifying myself as a "gofer" for God but I also realize that I have to "face the music", as the saying goes, so that prophecy is fulfilled.
Pray, dear brother, pray much that God helps and shows me how to make the transition and keep everyone's attention and eyes firmly fixed on God - where they should!
Yes, we need assistance to carry on; yes, we need encouragement to carry
on but, no, we do not need nor want nor will tolerate adulation!
We could go on and on as well as produce "depositions", if you will, from individuals who are in physical contact with miguel frequently - including members of his biological family. Every single one will amply support the behavior that letter reflects, but we will not. The above, plus our past behavior should be more than enough to clear the air in this respect, and, if it is not for some, so be it. We are not running for office nor will lose a single soul that God has moved me to reach for Him because, acknowledging before Him my limitations and miseries, He will see that I do not.

I would like to say that undoubtedly YES, you ARE different from the
rest of us. Different in the way you have responded to the Lord's call. Different in the way you
have done exactly as he has asked, to leave all and follow Him. To deny this would be
analogous to denying that night is different from day. I am certain you do not need the likes of
me to point this out for you. And yes, please, PLEASE continue to pray for us all. We
all desperately need it.
Also, if I may be so bold, please don't give up on us. I know you
won't shirk the duty God has set upon you, but I want to show you the human element as
well. We also need people like you to show us the way, people living in the same time, going
through the same things we are. You give us, give me, inspiration by your example. Sadly,
it will be this same human tendency that will make it so easy for the False Christ to fool so
many, but that is all the more reason for you to do what you do. You help us exercise our
atrophied spiritual muscles, so that when the time comes, God willing, we shall be able to stand
on our own and face what need be.

When it came to my attention that Mary said that reincarnation did not happen, even though I had copious of serious research (no "tabloid-talk") which apparently gave the "scientific proof" that reincarnation was a reality, in an instant, I took Her word for it. Regardless of the "pounds of paper" I had indicating otherwise - I trusted Her.
About a week later - when my mind was not even thinking about this issue - in an instant - She "downloaded" the information which we have published in our document dealing with the deception of reincarnation - information which can be developed into a full size book. Information which even explains how "Love" works in a soul for its conversion.
At the end of the flash like "download" came "a tag" which informed me that such gift was the reward for absolute faith and trust in Her words.

Some time ago I was discussing with a political scientist who was likely to use nuclear weapons first.
He pointed out that Israel has a long history of insisting that it has some special right to be above everyone else. (Apparently they think the Old Covenant gave them special rights that exist to this day.)
In fact, when one Israeli is injured, twenty Palestinians must be injured or killed. When 5 Israelis are blow up by a suicide bomber, Israel must bomb a whole village.
This is the kind of philosophy which has no bounds and could easily ignite a nuclear holocaust. As you point out, it will start with a "limited strike." However, I believe that many of the leaders of the world subscribe to the "double tit for tat" philosophy so that once the seal is broken on the nuclear arsenal, it will be a free for all.
I continue to pray that someone will rise up to stop this but I fear it will have to be God Himself and only after everyone has been brought to their knees, where they should have been in the first place.

Finally, he is right expecting all nuclear hell to break lose soon. We do not believe in war any more than Jesus did but, if we were to think as "the world think", Israel and its main protector, the US, must be getting ready to summarily, and very soon, take out any nuclear capabilities in Iran while maybe, just maybe, in the confusion, get rid of North Korea too. Could it be that the "troop surge for Iraq" is just for that purpose and not Iraq?

When miguel was doing his Thesis in the University of California at Berkeley on Rocket Fuel (yes, the proverbial "rocket engineer") for the Atomic Energy Commission, one third of the project consisted on a major Literature Search to determine what was the further edge of the technology on said field so as to not to duplicate efforts. We thought that "important book authors" did the same. How about multi million dollar ministries like Gruner's? Not really - their objective is to make money and spin the same issues over and over again so that the "camel swallowers" keep the money coming in.
But the proverbial drop that filled miguel's chalice comes from the Writer No. 3 who has written before with the same litany.
First, he must have overlooked the writing where miguel de Portugal said that he does not need Conchita's support or agreement. Considering the announcement we made on December 24-25 that would certainly be ridiculous. In addition, invoking a Bishop as a witness carries very little weight before our eyes these days. Unless he is a known and proven man of God, such endorsement would be automatically disqualified.
Secondly this Writer No. 3 continues to overlook that we are already in World War III; the nuclear holocaust will be its "crowning blow" so that the World Masters can force upon the world (scheduled) [7] laws like were summarily passed in the US after September 11 and in Argentina during the man-made-experimental collapse of the economy. Not to mention that the Cuban Missile Crisis did not exist [8] as a reality but as a staged event for very specific purposes; purposes which will be coming to a head soon and about which the appropriate individuals have been warned about.
Now - Why such great interest, by some, to convince the world that the Fatima issue is closed; that Mary categorically stated in Garabandal that there will be no more world wars; that, people like Mr. John Loughnan, a self appointed Sherlock Holmes, want to convince the world that the Message of LaSalette is not what has been published; etc.

always thought this was a great way to send the people off. What a piece of writing! I
used to read the English version in my Missal as a child and young adult and especially liked the
part.

A. As we have explained elsewhere, Vatican II was called precisely to cushion the blows that awaited the Roman Catholic Church and humanity; events about which H.H. John XXIII became aware when he read the true third part of the Secret of Fatima.
H.H. Paul VI followed suit for the same exact reasons. Unfortunately, the very core of the Catholic Church was corrupt and, through such corruption, the smoke of satan seeped in - just as H.H. Paul VI denounced. Most pre Vatican II Catholics blame Vatican II for the state of affairs in the Roman Catholic Church, without even thinking what the "good old days" were all about. It is precisely the corruption centered about the deification of man, in the person of the Popes and Hierarchy, which is bringing about the Crucifixion of the Mystical Body of Christ.
As miguel told you in a private communication: "... to the best of my recollection, the last Mass (which was the pre Vatican II Mass) I attended was part of the ceremony when in which I partook of my First Communion." Nonetheless, no one has prevented him for offering the prayer to St. Michael and the Salve Regina after every single daily Mass. No one has prevented him from praying the Stations of the Cross, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament nor offering innumerable Rosaries as we are sure you yourself do.
Therefore, the smoke of satan did come in, just as H.H. Paul VI denounced, and took hold because the grossly underevangelized Catholic - out of sheer theoignorance - responded by NOT continuing such edifying and powerful prayers and Last Gospel.
No, the pre Vatican II Roman Catholics were not being disarmed.... they just laid down the arms and started hosting a round of "pity and ain't it awful parties".
What can they do? We have two documents addressing that question - Part I and Part II. That the AntiChrist is staining the Chair of Peter should not, under any circumstances, prevent the Elect from benefiting from the Treasury of the Faith which God preserved for us at these most critical times.

At Mass today it was announced that our Catholic Church is again offering a "Christian Yoga" class as a pathway to God. The first time this was offered, I wrote to the Bishop and received a letter from one of his assistants informing me that that nothing was going to be done to stop this disgraceful affront to Our Lord. It was stated that it was okay as long as they meditated correctly.
This excuse was extremely lame in view of the Vatican's pronouncements that these new age practices are wrong and can be spiritually damaging to one's soul. Your message was a breath of fresh air directly from the Spirit of God. What else does one need but Jesus? As a Catholic I have the Holy Eucharist. What else do I need as a pathway to God? Absolutely nothing! He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.
The Word tells me that there is no other way to the Father except through Jesus. My heart aches for those who do not know this or who choose not to believe or accept the graces they have been given. What is even more disgraceful is that the people are believing these members of the clergy and the people are being led right into the mouth of the wolf.
During Mass today I received a powerful anointing during the praying of the "Our Father". When it came to the place where we forgive those who trespass against us, I was immediately inspired to pray forgiveness for those who are about to do something extremely evil against us. After Mass I prayed with my prayer partner about this and we received Psalm 55.
Your word about the suffering of the righteous being increased during this time before this new era to come was also a great comfort. Purgatory is much better now than later. "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all will be added" rings in my ears. This is my New Years resolution and my prayer for the world.

In previous years, I was a highly paid professional and many investment brokers sought my business. I received a lot of "cold calls." That is, people I did not know would call me offering a way to invest and make money. I listened to all and invested with most. One could say that was silly, but in fact, I made a lot of money doing this. I also lost a lot of money.
What I learned is what I learned in science. I try to remove the personality from the issue at hand. My first question is, "Does this make sense?" If I am not sure, but they are very sure, I give it a try. Invest a small amount, or in the case of a scientist, try to reproduce their experiment in a small way. If you prove them right, then you have reason to believe. I am aware that this is how the big "cons" work. That is, you are successful in small matters and then throw your money at them. However, the best idea is always that you understand the process so that you have a feel for the system in which you are working and what is possible and what is not possible (unless it is illegal or crooked).

The physical eyes are used to see the superficial physical world; the spiritual eyes, enhanced with the Holy Spirit of God, are used to see the true picture. We can imagine them as the night vision goggles used in war activities. Since we are in the flesh, unless we make an effort to "override" what we see with the physical eyes, we will be led astray by what we see with them.
In there lies the reason why we frequently exhort one and all to take the Holy Spirit of God into residence in our hearts and act in accordance to those "hunches" or "feelings" that we get from Him and which are not in agreement with what our physical eyes see.
But this is nothing new... and we quote Isaiah 53 as he announces how plain and unattractive the Messiah will look like so that only those with Spiritual Vision could see Him for what he was.
As the world descends into darkness, the level of deception increases thus the need to be able to "fly by instruments" (i.e., guided by the Holy Spirit of God) as airplanes must do in heavy fog conditions. Those who refuse to do so will simply crash. There are not two ways about it and God will no hear of any complaints and whining as to "Where was God when this and that happened."
With the proven power of the media (Part I and Part II), governments and very legitimate religious institutions to deceive, no one "has a chance" of survival unless those spiritual "night vision" goggles - the spiritual sight with the illumination of the Holy Spirit of God - are in place.

I wanted to give these people money because they seemed to be so sincere. It was also
breathtaking to unravel the frauds they perpetrated on me.
In the end, we all need to think, to pay attention, and to use the talents which God gave us to
discern. The signs are everywhere, but we must act on what we see. God will not make
the move for us.

A. We sincerely thank you for this testimonial to the wisdom of "Navigation by the Holy Spirit of God" - an experience for which, without a doubt, you paid dearly in more ways than one.
We only wish to highlight some points for our readership.
The physical eyes are used to see the superficial physical world; the spiritual eyes, enhanced with the Holy Spirit of God, are used to see the true picture. We can imagine them as the night vision goggles used in war activities. Since we are in the flesh, unless we make an effort to "override" what we see with the physical eyes, we will be led astray by what we see with them.
In there lies the reason why we frequently exhort one and all to take the Holy Spirit of God into residence in our hearts and act in accordance to those "hunches" or "feelings" that we get from Him and which are not in agreement with what our physical eyes see.
But this is nothing new... and we quote Isaiah 53 as he announces how plain and unattractive the Messiah will look like so that only those with Spiritual Vision could see Him for what he was.
2 And he shall grow up
as a tender plant before him, and as a root out of a thirsty ground:
there is no beauty in him, nor comeliness: and we
have seen him, and there was no sightliness,
that we should be desirous of him:
As the world descends into darkness, the level of deception increases thus the need to be able to "fly by instruments" (i.e., guided by the Holy Spirit of God) as airplanes must do in heavy fog conditions. Those who refuse to do so will simply crash. There are not two ways about it and God will no hear of any complaints and whining as to "Where was God when this and that happened."
With the proven power of the media (Part I and Part II), governments and very legitimate religious institutions to deceive, no one "has a chance" of survival unless those spiritual "night vision" goggles - the spiritual sight with the illumination of the Holy Spirit of God - are in place.

Q. Thank you for sharing God's Announcement about your mission. I will continue to pray for you, and pray others to you and share what you write. Wondering if it will make any difference and make people take your warnings more seriously? Most people I have shared it with have been very quiet.... We'll see.

Regarding the announcement which appeared on the Board, Public Forum and Point to Ponder About dated December 24th-25th - I praise God for forcing my hand to do so.
I have reached a level of peace that I did not have while the appropriate identification was not made public. In retrospect, what that peace reflects that miguel has done all he can - up to and including providing the Biblical ID - now, whether it is one or one billion individuals, who respond and act appropriately in drawing closer to God, it really does not matter to him. All the information and appropriate Biblical ID has been published and no one, but no one, can raised a blasphemous voice to God saying: "If we had only known!" or "Why did you not tell us?" , etc.
If "...it really does not matter to him." sounds cold and callous - is not. What really matters to miguel is to do the Will of God and to serve Him as He truly deserves. When he does that, all will fall in place. Whatever does not fall in place, was not meant to. If it was not meant to, it certainly does not matter to him. It is that simple; perfect coherence.
What keeps miguel going - in the human sense - is to see how those who have Eyes to See and Ears to Hear respond and cause the good fruit to be multiplied by practicing what we convey in the Name of God and sharing the real Good News with their brethren. For this, we sincerely thank you and all of those who do the same - that is a great source of consolation to us at these very difficult times.
Thank you for your prayers - they are needed and most welcome. To deny that would be absolute arrogance. There has been only one human being who did not need to be prayed for - Mary; She was and is Immaculate and Full of Grace.

the Announcement about the Blessed Mother. It means
more to me coming from God through you--as it did--than it would from "official" sources with
trumped up fanfare. I know that She is the one who led me to your pages when I had no
affection for anything about the faith except for Her, and also that She has been accompanying and
assisting me since then. I will honor Her with these titles in my heart with much
happiness and confidence.
Your
prayer document was wonderful, and I sent it as a thank you
gift to all my friends who prayed with me on Dec. 8. About those prayers, I did get very
positive feedback.
