An Announcement Pertaining
Summit on Nuclear Security
PURPOSE
The purpose of this brief announcement is to draw to our readers' attention a parallel situation so that there will not be any surprises for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear.
BACKGROUND
In our document Preventing Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) (1) we show that the efforts associated with the Summit on Nuclear Security would now be like closing the barn door after the horse was stolen... actually it is more like trying to find the door of an already stolen barn - never mind the horse!
Then, the question that should be asked is: Why waste the time and resources associated with the gathering of world leaders only comparable to when the UN was organized after World War II?
Granted - most heads of state are only good at getting elected since they have shown repeatedly that, even with detailed instructions, they could not punch their way out of a paper bag; however, they just could not be so stupid as to "try to close the door of an already non existing barn". Or we so hope...
DETAILS
The summit, as far as its stated purpose is concerned, was a failure as it may be clearly discerned through two different points of view - US (2) and French (3), both of which try to paint a picture as positive as it could possibly be without being able to mask the failure.
Regarding its more obscure purpose - it was a success. There is now a group of heads of state who, together, have agreed that a terrorist nuclear threat is a reality and who have publicly agreed to "do something about it" sometime in the future. What else was agreed behind the closed doors is another story.
The Result: We have now a world population who has been apprised - brainwashed is a much better word - of the danger posed by nuclear material falling in the hands of terrorists groups, a danger which, as we have pointed out elsewhere (1), has existed at least since the collapse of the Soviet Union and the borders between European Union nations disappeared.
Now, let us rewind.....
A document prepared, in advance, for the Bush Administration during the Clinton Administration - but not by it - was called Road Map For National Security: Imperative For Change (4). The document was embargoed until eleven days after President Bush was sworn President of The US on January 20, 2001. The document was essentially the outline for the Patriot Act which was "railroaded" through the US Congress right after the September 11, 2001 alleged surprise terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, D.C.
Thereafter, the world - with the US at its head - started to be transformed into a Police State World.
Since the September 11-type events have been thoroughly proven as an ideal catalyst to quickly implement draconian measures to "protect" the citizens of a nation - the US in this case - the Masters of the World are ready to "go global".
CONCLUSION
Now, let us fast forward....
Since the method has been successfully proven and the world population has been brainwashed about the threat of nuclear terrorism - that could conceivably affect all, not only the US - and the initial "bonding of world leaders" has been achieved using the virtual adhesive of the Summit on Nuclear Security, it logically follows that a staged - yes, we have said "staged" - nuclear terrorist attack is fundamentally imminent so that the Police State (5) can be quickly transformed into a Police World.
Of course, if the Masters of the World can combine the staged nuclear terrorist attack with an Iranian connection - Presto!.... The whole world will be clamoring for the US-Israeli axis to swing into action converting Iran into the third Middle East theme park - "The Apocalypse"; Afghanistan and Iraq being the first two.

If you proceed as described above, you will give us unmeasurable credibility before the eyes of the ertswhile blind.
If you do not, you will not be able to achieve what you have set to do within the timetable desired. Remember, according to M. Gorbachev (6) the Clinton Administration delayed the establishment of the New World Order by ten years and you are simply out of time.
Of course, there is always a "Plan B". Skip the "nickel-dime" nuclear terrorist attack and go for the "big time" - Step No. 1 of the Sequence of Events (7). A bit messier, we admit, but you will be able to achieve the results much faster and make up for the Gorbachev claimed lost time.
In this case also you will give us an ever greater level of credibility. Thank you!
What and how it will come about is for God to decide for nothing occurs in this Universe unless God allows it - not necessarily "cause" but "allow".
