PURPOSE
The
purpose of this brief document is to assist only those who have Eyes to
See (1) (*) to
identify yet another snare as part of the prelude to the False Christ.

(*) 'Eyes to See' is
not a
condition related to intellect - IQ level. It is a God given Grace
Why make it "brief" if we could write a book rebuking this type of
"revelation" by Esperanza and "endorsement" by Michael Brown?
Quite simple: We do not wish to be so clear as to alert those who fall
for such snares - for they must fall since their names do not appear in
the Book of Life (2).
Does the reader think that we, the upholders of the Catholic Faith (3), are taking an
UnChristian attitude? No, no! On the contrary, we are precisely obeying
He Who sent us. Remember what He said when He was asked why He spoke in
parables? Let us remind you in case you may have forgotten:
"Because
it has been given to you (1) to know the mysteries of the kingdom of
heaven, but to them it has not been given."..... Therefore I speak to
them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do
not hear, nor do they understand.... Lest they should see with their
eyes and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their
hearts and be converted so that I should heal them." [Matthew 13:11, 13, 15]
INTRODUCTION
and COMMENTS
The
following paragraphs regarding the "yet another visionary
and prophet" Esperanza, published by Michael Brown in Spirit Daily (4), have been referred to
us. To save time and space we have added our comments in bold blue letters in between the quoted text.
"It was Esperanza's view that Jesus
would soon come in a different way than He did 2,000 years ago, that He
would appear to many people, in a way that would be more private. She
held this view up until her death. "It is very different than what
people think," she had told us in December of 2003. "He is going to
come in silence... People will realize He is among us little by little.
This is nothing
more than a misapplication of the Biblical teaching about the
manifestation of the Kingdom of God - a manifestation that has
been taking place since the moment Jesus started His earthly
ministry. As an example: "The
kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, 'See
here!' or 'See there!' For indeed the kingdom of God is within you."
[Luke
17: 20-21]
Or, at the very
least, this description of the "intermediate coming" of "Christ" is
very reminiscent of the way that the Theosophists expect their "World
Teacher" to appear. As an
example: The return of
Buddha - in the
manifestation of Maitreya (5) - has been
described for years just like that. It is interesting to note, however,
that recently, their manifestation of Maitreya has been polished to
sound
more like a Catholic version of the Second Coming.
She speculated that the manifestation -- which sounds different than
the actual Second Coming, and would precede what she called an
"awakening" -- would occur in "from ten to twenty years" and that He
would come "in the same way as He resurrected, as an apparition."
"That's why I have been saying to be ready, because things are starting
to happen,"
asserted the
mystic, who was attached to the
Church-approved apparition site of Betania....
Yes, this is the
same Church (Administration) that ignored Fátima, at the time it
should not have been ignored ("Monday morning quarter backing" is not
acceptable after 150 million deaths (6)), ignored Rosa
Mystica (7), ignored
Garabandal (8), downplayed Kibeho
(9), still thinking
about
Medjugorje (10), glossed over
Akita (11) and continue to
ignore that they live in the State of Denial (12), not the State of
the Vatican.
Whatever the case, we take Esperanza's predictions seriously -- not as
Gospel, but seriously -- due to striking previous hits and due to the
holiness she exhibited right unto her own death.
For those who do not have Eyes to
See: Please do take them
very seriously, we certainly would not want
you to be converted! God forbid! [See
Matthew 13:11, 13, 15]
Moreover, her words seem to connect with those of St. Bernard of
Clairvaux (1090-1153) -- who once allegedly preached that in addition
to the Second Coming, there would be some kind of intermediate
appearance.
"Allegedly preached" - Read: Possibly a lie
invented by someone to use his name to promote their plan. However, for
the record: If St. Bernard of Clairvaux indeed preached that - he was
and continues to be wrong (13) . But if you want
to believe it is right..... please do, be our guest!, we certainly do
not wish to contradict what the future holds for you. [See
Matthew 13:11, 13, 15] Are we
going to try to be more Merciful than Christ? Of course not!
"We know that there are three comings of the Lord," St. Bernard is
widely quoted as saying. "The third lies between the other two. It is
invisible, while the other two are visible. In the first coming, He was
seen on earth, dwelling among men; He himself testifies that they saw
Him and hated Him. In the final coming, 'all flesh will see the
salvation of our God, and they will look upon Him Whom they pierced.'
The intermediate coming is a
hidden one; in it only the elect see the Lord within their own selves,
and they are saved. In His first coming Our Lord came in our flesh and
in our weakness; in this middle coming, He is our rest and consolation."
That insight ties strikingly to what otherwise was a confusing part of
what we have quoted and called the "1990 prophecy" (an anonymous and
alleged locution from December of 1990 that has proven accurate in many
regards).
Said that prophecy -- which also seemed to indicate more a
manifestation than a final coming -- "I will come not as a man of
flesh, but like My mother, who already nurses Me and holds Me in her
arms, as a light and power. I will manifest Myself in a series of
supernatural events similar to the apparitions but much more powerful.
In other words, My second coming will be different than My first, and
like My first, it will be spectacular to many but also unknown
initially to many, or disbelieved. Yet truly I tell you, the arrogance
of the world will have been broken, and so many more than normal will
believe.
"I will come in towering light.."
A "prophecy",
"anonymous" and form an "alleged locution" Whatever! If anyone wishes
to believe that too, Bom Voyage!
The
Catechism of the Catholic Church (14) teaches
only a Second Coming that will come after the full inclusion of Jews in
the Messiah's salvation and a final trial that will shake the Church,
along with arrival of the anti-christ. "On Judgment Day at the end of
the world, Christ will come in glory to achieve the definitive triumph
of good over evil," states the Church, without mentioning or dispelling
an intermediate manifestation."
EPILOGUE
Please
forgive some of our remarks that almost border in
sarcasm, but we neither claim to be holy (as most understand the word
"holy") nor claim to be superhuman, and we are reaching the point of,
using common language, having more than a "belly full" of the idiocies
that are being quoted, printed, endorsed and, worst of all,
believed!
We publish what He Wills for the benefit of His
Children, those who have Eyes to See - regardless of how sinful their
lives have been up to now and regardless what faith they profess or
not. More specifically, for those who are not to be swept away as St.
John warns us about in the Book of Revelations. To wit:
And
when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the
woman which brought forth the man child. And to the woman were
given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the
wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and
times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. And the serpent cast out of his
mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her
to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and
the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon
cast out of his mouth. And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and
went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the
commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Revelation [Rev 12:13-17]
