What Does This Really Mean?

Who Are Those Who Possess Them?

Part II

PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to further clarify to our many readers what Our Lord Jesus Christ meant by: “May those who have Eyes, See; and those who have Ears, Hear.”

BACKGROUND

Before entering into this matter in full, remember: If you don’t see all yet, do not be terribly concerned. “Seeing” is process that develops at a rate determined by God, a rate quite unique for each soul already marked from all Eternity to be counted amongst those who will Have Eyes to See and Ears to Hear

Our Lord Jesus Christ used the “Eyes to See and Ears to Hear” terminology frequently and yet many of the Faithful take this warning lightly because they believe that they have already been marked for Heaven, so, why worry? Well, we will show you why we should be concerned about every Word Our Lord spoke for our benefit – not His.

In Luke 13: 24-28 we read:

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God. And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.

Let us carefully ponder about this particular phrase: “We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.”

Who would make such a plea? Those whom the “Holy Ones” in a deceptive manner and with false piety call “sinners”? Those who never go to any Church nor honor the Lord on the Sabbath or any other day? Those who do not believe in God? Those who are not quite sure about the reality of God? Those who reject God?

Of course not! It is those who believe that “they have been marked for Heaven” (“Saved” as some call themselves) and do not need to do anything else but “lord” over everyone else.

Brethren, appearances are dangerously deceiving – and that is exactly the way God wants it.

In the DETAILS section of this document we shall reprint a “cute story” – the moral of which we will utilize to bring the final point of this document to bear.

DETAILS

First:

The “Cute Story”

A man and his dog were walking along a road. The man was enjoying the scenery, when it suddenly occurred to him that he was dead. He remembered dying, and that the dog walking beside him had been dead for years. He wondered where the road was leading them.

After a while, they came to a high, white stone wall along one side of the road. It looked like fine marble. At the top of a long hill, it was broken by a tall arch that glowed in the sunlight.

When he was standing before it he saw a magnificent gate in the arch that looked like mother-of-pearl, and the street that led to the gate looked like pure gold. He and the dog walked toward the gate, and as he got closer, he saw a man at a desk to one side. When he was close enough, he called out, “Excuse me, where are we?” “This is Heaven, sir”, the man answered.

“Wow! Would you happen to have some water?” the man asked. “Of course, sir. Come right in, and I’ll have some ice water brought right up.”

The man gestured, and the gate began to open. “Can my friend”, gesturing toward his dog, “come in, too?” the traveler asked. “I’m sorry, sir, but we don’t accept pets.”

The man thought a moment and then turned back toward the road and continued the way he had been going with his dog.

After another long walk, and at the top of another long hill, he came to a dirt road leading through a farm gate that looked as if it had never been closed. There was no fence. As he approached the gate, he saw a man inside, leaning against a tree and reading a book.

“Excuse me!” he called to the man. “Do you have any water?” “Yeah, sure, there’s a pump over there, come on in.”

“How about my friend here?” the traveler gestured to the dog. “There should be a bowl by the pump.”

They went through the gate, and sure enough, there was an old-fashioned hand pump with a bowl beside it. The traveler filled the water bowl and took a long drink himself, then he gave some to the dog.

When they were full, he and the dog walked back toward the man who was standing by the tree. “What do you call this place?” the traveler asked. “This is Heaven”, he answered.

“Well, that’s confusing”, the traveler said. “The man down the road said that was Heaven, too.”

“Oh, you mean the place with the gold street and pearly gates? Nope. That’s hell.”

“Doesn’t it make you mad for them to use your name like that?”

“No, we’re just happy that they screen out the folks who would leave their best friends behind.”

Second:

Some Commentaries

If we strive to have Jesus as our best friend, we would never leave Him behind regardless of what appearances may be, and if He goes where we go it will show through our behavior, choices and priorities in everything - in spite of our miserable and fallen human condition.

Now, why would Heaven be “...just happy that they screen out the folks who leave their best friends behind...”?

Jesus could not be clearer about this than in Matthew 13: 9-17...

Matthew 13: 9-17

Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Therefore – who is to See and/or Hear is the sole provenance of God and we must be most careful in revealing unveiled information fully “lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.” By the same token, we must be certain that we reach, directly and/or indirectly all of those who must listen to His call and respond – regardless of his/her state in life.

We know that there are many Fátima devotees who have been led “down the primrose path” to believe that a trouble free Golden Era of Peace and Joy is just around the corner. Amongst these devotees are some who are destined for Heaven yet they are still confused about what to believe.

We shall use yet another Fátima example to help them become free from this ensnaring deceit of “appearences” – a deceit which endangers their future physical and spiritual life.

In Fátima original documents we read:

“To save them [souls of sinners that are going to hell] (3), God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace. ...but if people do not cease offending God, a worse one [than World War I] will break out during the pontificate of Pius XI”.

Then...

“To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. If my requests are heeded, Russia will be converted, and there will be peace; if not, she (Russia) will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph...”

We are specifically addressing those who “hang on for dear life” to the “fact” of the fallen Berlin Wall and the “collapse” of the Soviet Union.

As we have stated elsewhere, God does not cause harm to befall humanity; He allows it (2) as part of His Redeeming Plans and to circumvent our interference (3)Understanding His Divine Designs. (4)

We will continue this line of reasoning with another historical example; in this case, it has not happened yet in Time but, for us, it is already history.

After World War II the Soviet Union became another superpower – with the US as its only match. They set their sights on spreading their communist system worldwide, thus attempting to “conquer” or “control” the world. As most of you know, with the US at the lead, the Western Powers fought that —not always in the most appropriate ways (5)— and succeeded in placing the Soviet Union in a quarantine state. In addition, people from the Soviet Union could not travel outside of the Soviet Bloc so, in essence, their “virus” was contained, through the action of both sides, since the carrier could not move about freely throughout the world.

Since Prophecy is to be fulfilled and Divine Justice must be dispensed for the good of mankind and no one can circumvent the fulfillment of the Divine Designs, then the Berlin Walls falls and the Soviet Empire “crumbles” and Russia emerges. The Vatican trumpets this event. Nevertheless, what H. H. John Paul II allegedly wrote about the “crumbling” of the Soviet Empire contradicts itself (6) on the same page! (7)

So what? Some will say. They will not have to wait long to know the answer... Read on...

1. Instead of obeying Heaven on how to block Russia from spreading its errors, man did it his way... and the Soviet Bloc emerged. The Iron Curtain resulted, and in essence this Curtain became the instrument to quarantine the danger that God warned us about.

2. The Berlin Wall falls and the Soviet Bloc “crumbles”, the Iron Curtain turns into a veritable colander and Russia (not the USSR, but Russia, just as Mary stated) is now free to spread its errors (magnified to an unthinkable level through the many decades of a Godless society) far and wide... and quite openly.

So, you see, brethren, that before the eyes of the world, most of which cannot see, the last phase of Mary’s Fátima Prophecy is being fulfilled in perfect harmony with the Holy Scriptures [Revelations 13:2-3]:

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

CONCLUSION

The reader may draw its own. We have said enough!

EPILOGUE

Know that in spite of all the light given to and accepted by someone – there is a very real possibility of going blind and deaf again. (8)
