.... thousands of people lined up outside a bus and train terminal early on Saturday to get out of New Orleans as Hurricane Gustav took aim at the Louisiana coast even though the city had not yet issued a mandatory evacuation order (as of the time of these news report)? (1)

Comment: Can we blame God for having to "raise the volume of the megaphone" (2) frequently? It is the only way that the masses will respond... and.... if they had five more years, which they will not have, they would have forgotten Katrina and would not evacuate in time next time around.

Comment: Even poverty is relative, isn't it? But God isn't and He needs - expects - our prayers to help the poor souls who cannot even eat a rat. Let us not forget our friend Lazarus [Luke 16: 19-31] so that we do not end on "the wrong side of the tracks", so to speak.

....the unseen damage done to the Faith of the young ones by the quaint story of Santa Claus is greater than most even suspect?

Picture this: A child is lied to since he/she can remember about the fact that Santa Claus does exist and comes on Christmas to deliver presents. This is reinforced by the marketing efforts of multi-billion dollar businesses, the threat to the children that if they do not behave well "Santa will bring you a lump of coal", etc., etc.

In the midst of this Believe-in-Santa-Mania there is sporadic mention of Jesus Christ and God, The Father - neither of which the children (normally) can see, yet they can see Santa in just about every department store, Christmas card, decoration, etc. A massive brainwash.

Then - still of tender age - they find out that the whole "Santa-thing" is just a hoax. Logically, they will now wait for the moment when they will also be told that the Jesus Christ and God the Father "story" is just another concocted myth - just another version of the "boogie man".

So much for "Where was God when..." or "Where did I go wrong?" etc. etc.

....September 11, 2001, was also Rosh HaShanah, the New Year's Day in the Jewish Calendar?(1)

January 1st marks the "New Year" of the Common Era calendar used by most of the world. Rosh Hashanah (literally translated as "head of the year") is the start of the civil year in the Hebrew calendar but it changes every year. The day falls on the first of the seventh month of the Hebrew calendar, Tishrei. [Leviticus 23:24] (2)

Note: This reference in no way implies that there was a "Jewish Plot" behind the 9-11 events. We are pointing it out just as we point out how key world event relate to dates in the Catholic Liturgical calendar; for example: July 16th Our Lady of Mount Carmel + Scapular Feast Day

As a matter of fact - those who were trying to pin the 9-11 events on the Jews, often spoke of the "unsual"/"suspect"/"tell-tale" absence from work at the Twin Towers of many Jews on that tragic day. What they did not tell you was that , being the day it was in the Jewish Calendar, such absence from work was most logical.

Without a doubt - most conspiracy theories ARE NOT theories at all - they are real; but we must be very careful on whom the public opinion "pins" the blame for tragic events. Let us not forget that the Roman Catholic Church Administration pinned the crucifixion of Jesus on ALL Jews and not on the Fanatic Temple Masters (3) of the time - who were no different than most of the post 4th Century Roman Catholic Church Administrators; just as Hitler pinned all the problems of Germany on all Jews. The price on both cases was horrendous for the victims, as well as for the perpetrators as they crossed the veil.

Yes, we must not forget the criminals as we weep over the victims for both are victims and the only criminal is satan. That is exactly why Jesus clearly and unequivically taught us thus:

But I say to you, Love your enemies: do good to them that hate you: and pray for them that persecute and calumniate you: [Matthew 5:44]

He did not say: Bomb your enemies and torture your persecutors.... as "Christian" leaders have done for centuries on end and continue to do.

We strongly recommend one and all to the read them [footnotes (1) and (2)] "cover-to-cover" - it would be a shame for any of our readers to be caught by surprise after years of "What part of this (or that) don't you understand?"

Russia and China are being baited on all fronts; every single one of their "hot button" is being pushed. When they become "unhinged" everything that we have forewarned the world about will even look mild as it goes from written words to horrific actions.

We Comment: If a priest needs to be instructed as to what is inappropriate behavior - as the examples given - maybe he should be dismissed. We can understand - and would fully recommend - if they were admonished not to visit any female parishioner alone at home - even for counseling; or not to get involved - outside of the confessional - in estate/inheritance settlements but no tickling, wrestling, kissing?

Maybe we indeed are from a different Galaxy after all!

....the escape goat for the FBI's Anthrax escapade, Dr. Bruce Ivins, claimed, according to Thomas Dellafera, an investigator for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, which conducted the probe with the FBI, "...that he was suffering serious mental health issues in the months preceding the attacks, and told a co-worker that he had 'incredible paranoid, delusional thoughts at times' and feared that he might not be able to control his behavior." The M+G+R Foundation Comments: And he was allowed to keep his potentially devastating for civilization job?

The news report continues.... " The documents portrayed a man with paranoid fears, under pressure over a faltering anthrax vaccine project, having multiple circumstantial links to the attacks and keeping a copy of 'The Plague' by Albert Camus in his house." (1)

The M+G+R Foundation Comments: If we keep people like Dr. Ivins is made to be in the employ of the US government in ultra sensitive areas - who needs to worry about terrorism? If it takes the FBI seven! years to conclude "who the guilty party" was - well - what can we say?

The story spinners are probably counting on the fact that, even if President Bush's approval rating is an embarrassingly 30 %, that still is ca. 90 million Americans who will "buy just about anything".

We truly regret that the reputation of fine organizations as the FBI and CIA, staffed by mostly truly professionals in their respective fields, are used by nickel-dime politicians to advance their half-baked agendas; politicians who are so stupid that they are not even good at being bad!

Let us not forget that the CIA was made to have had an old map of Belgrade when the PRC Embassy was Oops! bombed (2) or that they were "sure as hell exists" that Saddam Hussein had WMD and are 175 % sure now that Iran is about to nuke half the world out of existence....

Let us keep on praying since, with this crowd, not even satan has to do too much work to destroy mankind.

The AIDS plague has been allowed (not caused!) by God as a means to curtail the two behaviors that harm the souls the most: sexual promiscuity and drug use. Society, on a global level, has sunk into an orgy of free sex and drug use and such behavior is only a reflection of a completely failed Evangelization effort. Thus Rome is indeed at fault but NOT because its position on contraception.

We can still remember the chants during the 60's at Berkeley: "Make love and not war" and "Turn On, Tune In, Drop Out" promoted by Timothy Leary. What "they" did not tell the disenchanted youth that such "freeing" behavior would end up with greater casualties than an ongoing global war.
